Running Point Avis 

I ordered a pair of Asics from this site and then I checked Trustpilot - the reviews made me nervous about whether I would receive my shoes! But 5 working days after I placed my order, they arrived in perfect condition. I didn't need to use their customer service so I can't comment on this but I think where we've become accustomed to Prime and next day deliveries, their delivery times are longer. But they are coming from Germany and realistically, I have had H&M orders which take over a week to arrive so I can't complain about 5 wd. I would recommend Running Point but I would suggest using a credit card for extra security if your package does get lost.

Writing another review because no one is replying after a lost parcel. Avoid this company. 0 customer service

I ordered a pair of Asics gel cumulus 25 on April 7th 2024 and I received it in a perfect state on April 19th 2024

I live in the Canary Islands, more precisely in las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. So my shoes came from Germany, they crossed the ocean and I received them without any problem in twelve days

I m not saying everyone will be as satisfied or lucky as I am but I m saying that for me there was no problem

I will surely keep on buying on running point!

If I could give zero stars I would. Really wish I’d read all these negative reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered running leggings for nearly £50. I received a notification from the courier company DPD that they had not got through UK customs as Running Point had not put the correct information on the package and therefore it had been returned back to running point by UK customs. I have contacted running point several times since attaching proof of this from DPD. They have ignored my messages other than sending one automated response which wasn’t relevant at all to what I had asked and have not issued me with a refund. I don’t have the leggings or the nearly £50 I paid for them. I ordered them nearly a month ago. Running Point can I please have my money back!

Order placed on 28 March and no replies when I have chased progress with delivery. I would avoid this company in future even if it does involve paying slightly more. Totally unreliable.

Ordered my Asics Novablast 4 in UK size 9.5 as could not find any other supplier at the time that had the colour I wanted in stock apart from running point, ordered on 21/02/24, got my DPD confirmation the following day saying ‘we have received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel’ this did not change until the morning of 28/02/24 the DPD app messages had a flurry of updates of its travel and was delivered at 3:40pm that same day 28/02/24, the trainers are brilliant.

After reading so many bad reviews I thought I got scammed! But my experience was great with them. I’ve ordered the shoes and the parcel arrived within 6 working days. No problems at all.

Don’t use this company!

As per other reviews, delivery is shocking. Clearly states 3-6 working days, and they are quick to send ‘dispatch’ email with DPD tracker reference. However more than 8 days later, DPD have not received the parcel.

When I have emailed the company they did respond but only to say that there are delays at customs due to farmers strikes?! No apology and just told to contact them if there’s no movement on the tracker in two days times.

Shoes were fine, but delivery was a bit slow with not many updates. I emailed them twice about this and got no response (the shoes eventually did turn up). Product is fine but I wouldn't buy from them again - I wouldn't trust their customer service if there was a problem.

Pair of runners arrived after 16 days but overall cannot complain. Item received as ordered.

Very happy with the service and the shoes, a big saving in the price as well. It took a little longer for them to arrive, but everything worked fine and no complaints

I ordered £120 trainers on 15th November with free delivery in 3 - 5 days. 45min later I received email saying order has been shipped. I received DPD email with tracking number saying they'll let me know when they receive my parcel. Fast forward to the 21st November and I email the company (running point) for an explanation and they emailed back saying "Unfortunately, the carrier DPD is experiencing delays in processing the parcel. This is why delivery is delayed."

Yet my tracking number on DPD says they haven't received any parcel.

That was 3 days ago and as of today (24th) still nothing has changed. I fear I have been scammed here. Especially considering other people's experiences.

Absolutely dire experience with this company. Have had to email them several times. It's taken nearly 3 times the expected time to receive my parcel since order.. it still isn't here. Today I was told by DPD that they haven't inputted my correct telephone number and flat number on the order which is why it wasn't delivered again. This information was provided to them in complete when placing the order. Absolutely not worth any of the money saved. Will order from the shoe companies directly next time. What a waste of time.

Ordered Saucony 15 ride junior shoes, received safely . Shoes are very nice just instead of the size 3 I ordered I received size 2.5 which is the same size my daughter is currently wearing which are getting tight on her feet 😡. I would return them but judging by other reviews, I may not get my money back. Lesson learned, new customer lost .

I purchased a pair of running shoes that matched the description. However, it took 8 days for them to be delivered, and I encountered difficulties when trying to contact them through the provided mobile number. On the bright side, they were responsive via email. All in all, I can’t complain, especially considering they were £40 cheaper than other retailers for the same Nike Winflo 8 Shields. If you don’t mind the 8-day wait, it’s definitely worth it.

I placed an order for some trainers and took 4 working days to arrive which is longer than I expected however I didn’t realise they come from Germany. Apart from that really happy. Shoes £40.00 cheaper than anywhere else with free postage. I emailed to chase up timescales for delivery and got a reply within minutes. Overall very happy.

Their website takes your personal details, but will not let you make a purchase. Looks like a phishing scam.

I'm trying to return my trainers and the online creation of a label isn't working. I've emailed the company and tried telephoning them. No one answers the phone. It looks like I will not be able to return the goods. Very disappointing

Disgraceful service never received goods. Never responded to emails and never answer the point. Trade under a different name
