Hi Antony,
Whilst we do sympathise with you in as much as there appeared to be some small area of cracking which you kindly photographed, we feel it unfair to say that we "didn't offer any solution"?
Your porch had been assembled by your builder before you sent in any photos and we can only assume that he either didn't notice the cracking or felt that it was insignificant enough to warrant interrupting the build process to tell you?
Once we had received and reviewed the photos, we sent an email apologising to you on the same day, Tuesday 1st September, clearly stating: "...the structure is fully assembled, it will not move, so you should be fine with the slight cracks in terms of strength, however if you would prefer to have these parts replaced, I can get these sent out for you.", to which we later received the reply "Not when it’s already fitted, but thanks anyway".
If you should notice any change in the porch in the future that you feel may affect its integrity or stability then please do let us know and we will be happy to address this, as we would for any customer.

did not fit together that well, some holes and 1 hinge in the wrong place. 3 bin store. Looks ok and I suppose its just to keep bins in.

Very good materials and design. Delivered on time. Local workmen had no problem using the excellent instructions to assemble it .
Looks superb in situ on my patio so I'm delighted.

Customer service was excellent with very quick response times. Delivery service was excellent and packaging. Canopy now up and very pleased with the quality and great instructions. My only small thing to mention is the poor quality drill bit, it wasn't very well made and had an imperfection, we bought extra and went through about 4 anyway, so not a problem.

An Excellent Company…
Very pleased with our experience with this firm. A well made double pergola with good quality fixings.
We had a problem with the external delivery firm who failed to deliver all the components at once. This was efficiently dealt with by the Rutland customer service team in record time.
I would strongly recommend this company.

Very good service…
Good communication throughout from order to delivery, good quality materials, the company I hired to install said the instructions were easy to follow, there were a couple of things missing but this was rectified straight away. Would highly recommend.
