It’s a shame I have to write this…
It’s a shame I have to write this review really, simply because I am not being told the truth. When I initially enquired about Sadha Videos service for my wedding, I was told all would be provided within 3 to 4 months of the event. Given that I got married in May 2023, I was told August / September for the album and video. Sure enough, come September I was advised they have delays due to COVID backlog, clearly they knew this at the time of my enquiry but clearly made a false statement given lockdown took place 2 years prior, and subsequently their terms and conditions were misleading in stipulating the timeframe of 3 to 4 months when they knew it would not be adhered to given the COVID backlog. In anycase, eventually i was advised my first video preview was ready in February 2024 (some 9 months after the event) but advised they would not release this unless I paid the remaining balance in full, and assured me that any amendments would be made promptly and my video would be provided a couple of weeks after that, after much back and forth, I did pay the remaining balance in full in April with amendments requested in April 2024, only to be told that I would not get the final video now until September 2024, almost a year and a half after the event, not even a confirmation to say the amendments requested have been made.
Given we are now 4 years on after COVID, they are still using this as a reason for the delays, clearly there are more fundamental issues!
On 18 June 2024 following my review on Google (which they have since removed the site), I was called and asked to take the review down saying it’s unfair and inaccurate and is unable to do anything as he is abroad and won’t return until Sunday (some 6 days away), and yet he is in charge of customer service but not once had I received communication from him regarding any delays. Funnily enough, his dad then turns up at approximately 8:30pm the same day with my videos, some 13 months after my wedding, coincidence? I think not!
22 June, I receive WhatsApp messages from the said individual at the company requesting me to take down my review on Facebook and if I don’t, he will speak with my dad to claim money for the discount he provided me. Given that my father took no part in the services I enlisted, neither was he responsible for any payment as all invoices etc were in my name, for which I had paid the invoice in full despite providing the purchased goods over a year after my wedding, the company is now clearly resorting to intimidation and harassment tactics.
Monday 15 July, my dad is standing at the bus stop in front of their house waiting for the bus and the said individual approaches my dad having a go at him about my review. This has nothing to do with my dad, clearly can’t speak with me one to one so tries an easy target - my 74 year old father - should be ashamed of themselves!
