Been searching and struggling for ages to find replacement keys. I contacted this company. Their response was very prompt and even though they were not able to help, they kindly suggested another company who could help and were about to resolve my issue. I'd say that's brilliant customer service !

We bought a safe with next day delivery on 9 November they guaranteed delivery every day but the safe never arrived! today they told us they can't track the delivery, they can't contact the courier and they don't know where our goods are! do not buy from this company! you will only waste time! they steal your money! total rubbish!

I bought a safe from Safe Options nearly 3 years ago. All worked fine until today when I could not get in. I dropped Safe Options an email and within an hour was called with advice on what to do, which worked. Batteries got v cold and lost power the issue.

This should really be a negative review, but this is about Safe Options customer service than the product. I purchased the above safe in January 2021, having opened it no more than 3 or times, in May the lock would not open, I was unable to turn the key. I had to get a local locksmith work on it, which he did, but had to force the lock open, which destroyed it. I spoke to Alex at SafeOptions who confirmed the facts and said he would contact the supplier to see what could be done. He responded within 24 hours to say a new safe would delivered the next day, which it was. While the quality of the product is a little suspect, the attitude and actions of safeoptions are brilliant.

Ordered a safe and had a call the next morning. Unfortunately item out of stock and pre-christmas delivery not guaranteed. Was upgraded to better model free of charge, great service and decent price. Thank you!

Batteries in our home safe failed after 10 years. We couldn't find the "get out of jail" manual keys but there was a key code on the safe.
Ordered replacements from Safe Options then the originals turned up about 2 hours later after a full house search. sent a message to Safe Options as they had not despatched yet and they refunded the payment within 60 minutes.

I ordered a safe from this company and the contract stated FREE DELIVERY, 2 days before they rang me and said they wanted to park an 18 tonne lorry outside my house in a close for an hour. I said they could pick up and drop it off but not block the close.
DESPITE THE FREE DELIVERY ON THE CONTRACT
THEY HAS THE GALL TO TELL ME I HAD TO PAY £170 EXTRA FOR DELIVERY IN A SMALLER VEHICLE.
I CANCELLED THE ORDER.I DONT DEAL WITH COWBOYS LIKE THAT WHO BREACH CONTRACTS AND REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS

I bought a fairly basic safe following an online search. (#100022124) Courier delivery was extremely prompt (effectively next working day). The safe was exactly what I expected and functioned perfectly. Unfortunately it was marred by the powder coating on the corner of the door flaking away revealing bare steel. I know these things are not works of art, and they are never prominently displayed, however this less than perfect finish did disappoint.
I contacted the company with photo's and got an immediate phone call in return apologising for the problem and advising that a replacement would be provided. These safes are of German manufacture and Quality Control is not normally an issue I was advised.
A courier arrived to collect the original. Another courier delivered the replacement - which is perfect in every way.
What a brilliant company to deal with. I can highly recommend them.

This company was amazing I had three lockers and lost all the keys I contacted safe options and they asked for the embesled code on the lock which I provided not even 24 hours after order my keys was at my door would recommend to anyone
