ordered a dress unfortunately which turned out be a damaged one,initially they refused to refund even they had no replacement dress as well even then they insisted to buy something from them which i did because i had no option.

They steal your money!! Two months ago I have placed order for just a silk three piece outfit. Thousands of fake promises and lies to get the order and money and later zero delivery!!! I have chased so many times, yet nothing is delivered. No response, no products shipped. This is an unethical company who steals your money!
I recently ordered two unstitched items for delivery in Pakistan and was pleased with the quick delivery. The outfit from the festive collection was beautiful and exactly as pictured.
However, I have rated my experience three stars because the second item (NERIA-SRW24-07) was incomplete. This design relies almost entirely on the panels for its aesthetic, but unfortunately they were missing from the package.
My outfit was the most glamorous outfit! I absolutely love it! It was so dreamy!

Would provide zero stars if possible. Customer services initially claimed they would help but later refused to make good my losses.
They sent me a unstitched suit with missing and faulty panels. When I highlighted this they claimed that the missing items must have been lost in the customs process. However the original skynet packaging was intact and the customs form did not state it was opened.
They also refused to provide the tracking information proving it had been lost. They promised to in due course send me video footage of what was sent to me. This was never sent.
They have stopped responding to my WhatsApp messages and hence I decided to be the first reviewer on trust pilot and add their website as I don't want others to be at loss.
I should have trusted the two reddit reviews I found on Google.
Just a point to note my package was 1.7kg and I was charged 43 pounds for an 8kg parcel.
Avoid like the plague unless you want to be at a loss. If the business do respond I will ensure I revise my comments.
I refuse to be ordering from them again.
