Réponse de Salons Direct
Hi Freya
Thank you for taking the time to speak with me.
Unfortunately, as we weren’t contacted at the time the item became faulty, we were unaware of the issue. However, I can confirm that we have now arranged a return for inspection so the item can be repaired or replaced under warranty, which you were happy to proceed with.
Please remember that we’re always available if you need to ask a question or require advice on any of your items, we’re more than happy to help.
Kind Regards
The Salons Direct Team
