Jacob Provided me Exceptional Support
Jacob provided me with excellent support. He listened to what my issue was about. Then he provided me excellent documentation about what actions I needed to take to solve my problem. With his assistance I was able to uninstall, download and reinstall the application that was presenting problems. The problem has been solved. Very personable man, Jacob. Highly recommend this gentleman get a huge bonus. :)

one-star review: I was to get a 20% discount. was charged full price and 2 attempts to get the credit they just came sending a link to buy more :(
UPDATE: they responded immediately with the due refund. Great Prices.

I expected more than templates. A diploma generator is what I expected. A waste of my money for sure.
