I bought Microsoft Office 2019 For a great price. It did not load right away but the little help/troubleshooting box told me what to do and then I had it within 3 minutes. Maybe I missed a step, but in the end, it was fast and easy.

I bought Office 2016 version from you and it downloaded okay. The only issue I've encountered is that there are now quite a few automatic prompts to install updates, and the most recent one says it can't install because it has encountered a problem. They also indicate that they are 2011 version updates--but I didn't get prompts about them when 2011 was the version I had. I'm concerned that installing 2011 updates might screw up the 2016 installation (like the one just mentioned), so I've started rejecting them.

I was not told up front that this was a foreign company, so I had an international fee on my card.... Then I had 2 fraud charges the next day! I will not do business with this company again.

I had been looking to install Office on my laptop for about a year. Did a search one evening, saw this product and had it paid for, downloaded and installed in about 20 minutes!

The software downloaded with no issues and is running well.

I ordered the SDS Microsoft Office 2019 Home & Student for Mac on June 19 because I wanted a permanent Word program that that would not disappear if I decided not to to pay for either of the two MS Office products being offered on a trial basis by Microsoft. I used the SDS product on a 300 page manuscript I was working on and after 2 pages I was ready to delete the 2 trial version products I had received from Microsoft. But I could not end the trial periods early, and then I discovered that the SDS version of Word had disappeared from my computer.

Apparently Microsoft melded my version of MS
Word 2019 with its Word 2020 and I no longer have the product I purchased from SDS, or the revisions I made to my manuscript. I thought SDS would preserve my manuscript in Word 2019 as I had purchased Word 2019 from SDS. But Word 2019 has disappeared from my computer, apparently taken by Microsoft.No one has provided me with any explanation.
SDS has given me instructions on how to retrieve Word 2019 from Word 2020 without any assurance that the revisions I made to my manuscript in Word 2019 would appear in the version of Word 2019 I would thereby recover.
