Samuel Leeds Avis

I have joined academy 4 weeks ago, what a done my first FFC, all that support was great, highly recommended, and big thanks to Ashley for all the informaicion when doing FFC

Very pleased with the FFC challenge.
Motivating and supportive couches, Ashley was a star with advice and guidance throughout!

Commitement and passion to pass his message across

So many good things to say and honestly nothing bad.

My wife and I joined in August 2026, due to personal circumstances after 2 months my wife decided she would not have enough time to fully commit to the academy. We were allowed to use the full amount my wife paid for her membership to pay my membership forward. I am now signed up until August 2029 and I can honestly say I am buzzing.

The experience you have as an academy member can only be likened to a world class university - I know I went to one. If my payment was only for the courses it would still represent exceptional value as they are complete and structured in a way that actually gets you moving forward with your chosen strategy.

However you not only get a world class education, you also get unlimited mentoring support as well as the opportunity to be part of a community through online and live events - again unlimited access to them whether that be family meet ups, 3 course networking dinners or meet and greet events.

If you are serious about property but don't have the knowledge or power team to get started you will not regret joining the Samuel Leeds Academy.

The course was brilliant the information given was very insightful and i learnt a lot from it. Especially with the legal side of things which will help make the whole process a lot smoother.

It contains everything, and in detail. along with the support of the mentors which I made use of I feel confident now after completing the R2R that I will have my own deals coming soon. The academy really is a one shop stop to financial freedom and building your own business empire.

Excellent Great Mentoring..Best Decision I Made..Look Forward

I really enjoyed how the context and video's provided different information. The activities were really helpful to ensure I really understood each section.

It was very in-depth and feel prepared for my first BRR venture

Just completed the BRRR & Property Flipping Professional training. The course content was very educational and informative. The tasks along the way provided a practical, hands-on approach. I recommend this course to anyone serious about building a property portfolio.

Joining Samuel Leeds Academy was one of the best decisions I’ve made on my property journey. The knowledge, support, opportunities and, most importantly, the amazing community and networking have been invaluable.

The recent Dubai Retreat was an absolute highlight: an incredible experience surrounded by 200+ like-minded property investors, sharing ideas, learning from each other and building genuine connections.

A huge thank you to Samuel and the whole team for creating such a supportive and inspiring community and for organising opportunities like this. I came back from Dubai feeling motivated, focused and excited about what’s next.

Absolutely 5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have really enjoyed completing the Samuel Leeds Deal Sourcing Professional Training course and have learned so much along the way.

There is a lot to take in, and at times I found it quite hard going! However, the lessons are well explained, with practical examples that really helped.

I now feel more knowledgeable and confident about putting what I've learned into practice. Challenging at times, but definitely worthwhile!

Thank you to Samuel Leeds and the team.

I have recently completed the Deal Sourcing Professional Training course and found it extremely valuable.

The course is well structured, easy to follow and packed with practical information. It takes you step by step through finding and analysing property deals, working with estate agents, building investor relationships, understanding contracts and managing the entire deal sourcing process.

What I particularly appreciated and enjoyed was the emphasis on professionalism, due diligence and doing things properly rather than simply chasing quick profits.

As someone starting my property investment journey, the training has given me a much clearer understanding of the process and the confidence to start putting what I've learned into practice.

Doing this course has genuinely helped me feel more confident about building a Deal Sourcing business, it was informative and well explained, with many resources to use to help you gain the knowledge you need to suceed.

I have only joined the Academy approx 3 weeks ago. I have now finished the deal sourcing training. This has helped with not only building my confidence but my understanding on what to look for. The information given was very thorough and to the point.

Samuel’s course is packed with incredible value and practical knowledge that you would struggle to find anywhere else. What makes it truly exceptional is the level of detail and the variety of resources available. If you don’t understand something the first time, there are more than ten alternative ways to fill in the gaps. Samuel has designed the course so thoroughly that it’s almost impossible to remain confused or unsure of your next step.

A lot of information to take however it is very informative and relevant. It is very well structured and takes you through each stage step by step with all the relevant supporting information/documentation. Samuel's enthusiasm is great to watch and listen to and I appreciate some of the no nonsense advice as I want to hear what I need to hear to be successful.

Early days for me but the information provided is like an A to Z. There is everything there available for each and every person, you just need to put the time and effort in. I am certainly enjoying the journey so far, thank you Samuel Leeds and his team.

I’ve just completed the BRRR course and found it extremely valuable. The training breaks down the BRRR strategy in a clear and practical way, particularly around analysing deals, understanding the numbers, managing refurbishments and structuring the refinance to recycle your capital.

The real-life examples and step-by-step approach made everything easy to follow and gave me much more confidence in identifying and assessing potential BRRR opportunities.

I’d definitely recommend the course to anyone looking to get into BRRR or improve their understanding of property investing. Great training and well worth the time invested.

Samuel Leeds training is the best decision I have made it’s real it’s inspirational am so exiting to in the academy
