Samuel Leeds Avis

I had a really insightful week being coached by Sukh on the BRR FFC. He was patient and took the time to go into detail and answer every question. He made the sessions easy to follow and created a comfortable space to ask questions. I came away with a much better understanding and found the whole experience very valuable.

Alfred was an excellent coach. He guided me through the course with laser focus, clearly identifying the red flags where I was going wrong while also confirming the areas where I was on the right track.

He gave me a clear roadmap of exactly what I needed to do to get from point A to point B, including everything in between. His knowledge comes from genuine, hands-on experience, which really shows in the quality and practicality of his advice.

Alfred is extremely knowledgeable and wise from having actually done these things himself. He was also very generous with his time, experience and advice, particularly when it came to helping me plan my next steps and future direction.

I came away with much greater clarity, confidence and a clear plan of action. I would highly recommend Alfred to anyone looking for knowledgeable, practical and experienced coaching.

Martin Adams is an incredible mentor on the Samuel Leeds academy!
I recently went through the property course and Martin completely stood out. His outlook on life is genuinely inspiring, and I loved listening to his stories throughout the training. He is absolutely full of charisma, it’s no wonder he is so successful!
What impressed me the most, though, is how humble he remains. He taught us everything he knew and held nothing back, sharing real, actionable value from start to finish. Having a mentor who gives that much energy and transparency is rare and genuinely amazing. Highly recommend learning from him if you get the chance!

Just completed 4 days of the BRR/Flip FFC.
Learnt a lot and met new people on the way.
Full marks to our coach, Martin Adams. Top man.

I absolutely loved my BRRR Financial Freedom Challenge experience and would definitely give it 5 stars.

A huge part of that experience was my coach, Martin Adams, and I honestly cannot thank him enough.

Martin is an incredible coach — knowledgeable, open, honest, approachable and genuinely passionate about helping people succeed. He shared not only his property knowledge and practical strategies, but also his personal journey, the lessons he learned and the little things that have helped him build his own success.

What I appreciated most was how generously he shared his knowledge. Nothing felt held back. He gave us real, practical advice that I could immediately apply — from keeping a strong property pipeline and analysing the market, to building genuine face-to-face relationships with agents, attending viewings and finding off-market opportunities.

But beyond the property knowledge, Martin gave me something even more valuable: confidence.

He has a real ability to make people believe in themselves and feel that they can actually achieve their goals. For me, he has become a real inspiration and one of my biggest motivations.

I genuinely believe that Martin is a great asset to Samuel Leeds Academy, and honestly, I don't think this challenge would have been the same without him.

The only thing I would change is that Martin should be a mentor within the Academy.

I would absolutely love to have regular access to someone like him — not just being able to ask an occasional question on Instagram, but having the opportunity to book a call, ask for advice and continue learning from him.

Samuel, I would strongly encourage you to consider Martin Adams as a mentor going forward. I genuinely believe so many members would benefit from his knowledge, experience, mindset and ability to build confidence in others.

I had a fantastic experience taking part in the BRRR Financial Freedom Challenge

My coach Sukh was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the challenge. They made the process easy to understand, kept me accountable and gave me the confidence to take action rather than just learn the theory.

What I really appreciated was the practical, hands-on approach. The challenge helped me understand the BRRR strategy in a much clearer way and gave me a better understanding of how property can be used as part of a long-term financial freedom plan.

I’m extremely grateful for the guidance, support and motivation I received. If you’re serious about learning property and taking steps towards financial freedom, I would definitely recommend the Samuel Leeds Academy and the BRRR Financial Freedom Challenge.

5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am an academy member, it’s the best self investment anyone can ever make if you want to succeed in property. You have expert mentoring from a vast range of professionals every step of the way, I have not been offered so much support in such little time, and it’s continuous and constantly available. Amazing academy, amazing support and loads of opportunities to benefit from. I would recommend to anyone. I had Albert as my coach, he is absolutely superb, so patient and explains everything in depth. Super helpful and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

We’ve just completed the Samuel Leeds BRR Financial Freedom Challenge, and overall, it was a really valuable experience. The programme was well organised, introduced us to some new ideas and gave us the motivation and direction to make real progress with our property journey. The four days were very well structured and expertly delivered by our coach, Sukh Sohal.

I can also make this into a polished review graphic matching the style of the original.

Spent a 4 day week with Albert Lis as Mentor he was supportive. The week was an great learning experience and reinforced the importance of having a clear investment strategy and remaining focused on your end goal.
Throughout the week, we covered both Lease Option Deals and the BRRR (Buy, Refurbish, Refinance, Rent) strategy in detail. I analysed over 30 properties, and on Day 3 alone I viewed nine properties, gaining valuable real-world experience in assessing opportunities and identifying potential deals.
Thankyou you TEAM

4 days of FFC BRRR was intense but a lot to learn from. It helped boost my confidence. Sukh Sohal was great mentor. All 4 days he helped each of us who are on different stages of their journey in a way that can't be apprehend enough. A big thanks to Sukh for helping me personally for sorting financial side of my property journey.

Absolutely a fantastic week doing the FFC! Learnt a lot on the challenge and brilliant advice from my coach Albert, massive thank you! Thanks to the man himself - Samuel for constantly pushing us the get the best out of every member who was on the challenge. Look forward to making the most out of what I’ve learnt!

I have now been a member of the Samuel Leeds Academy for two months, and I can confidently say that the knowledge I have today compared to where I was two months ago is not even comparable.

If someone had asked me two months ago whether I thought it was possible to learn so much in such a short period of time, I probably wouldn’t have believed it. But with the structure, support and guidance provided by the Academy, I have realised that anything is possible when you have the right mindset and put in the work.

I have just completed my first Financial Freedom Challenge, and it has been an absolutely amazing week. I have achieved far more than I expected, and I now have several properties in my pipeline that I am seriously considering moving forward with.

The challenge pushed me completely out of my comfort zone and helped me develop skills and confidence that I know will be incredibly valuable throughout my property journey.

I also have to mention the incredible energy that Samuel brings. It is honestly unbelievable. He has built an amazing structure and community that gives people the tools, knowledge and support they need to move towards where they want to be.

I would also like to give a special mention to my coach, Albert Lis, who has been incredibly helpful and supportive. He has always been attentive, answered all of my questions, and genuinely took the time to go through everything with me in detail. I have learned a huge amount from him, and the tips, advice and lessons he has shared with me will stay with me throughout my journey with the Samuel Leeds Academy.

If you genuinely want to succeed in property and have the drive and determination to make it happen, I would highly recommend the Samuel Leeds Academy. For me, it has been one of the best decisions I have made, and after just two months, I am excited to see where this journey takes me.

This is my second year on the academy and it keeps getting better!
From giving up on finding any property deals in my area to finding 60 leads in a day!
This was achieved during the 4-day Financial Freedom challenge which completed today.
The guidance/encouragement given by Samuel Leeds and the assigned mentors cannot be monitised (shout out to Sukh Sohal)!
The training was intense, but well worth it! Amazing, Amazing, Amazing.

Thank you SL, I am proud to be an academy member!❤️💪🏿

This week I did the BRRR/FLIP with Samuel Leeds Academy
I can honestly say it's fire
It pushes you to get out of your comfort zone and do the necessary work.
Thanks to Samuel Leeds for the time and effort he puts into investing in me.
Also I want to say thanks to Albert Lis my coach for the week.
Albert was totally fabulous, he held nothing back.
Thanks again to Samuel Leads Academy.

We're just completed the Samuel Leeds BRR Financial Freedom Challenge. The process was well structured, gave us some new insights and gave us the impetus to really move the needle on our property journey. The four days were excellently compared by our coach Sukh Sohal.

FFC was an intense rollercoaster from start to finish, none stop. Thoroughly enjoyed and learned an awful lot during the training about filling up my pipeline. Big thanks to Sukh Sohal amazing mentor and gave very inciteful knowledge and ideas.

Exploding with value on the FFC, a hell for leather schedule, great at getting you out of your comfort zone and expert knowledge guiding you along the way.

Shout out to our mentor Martin Adams - a truly level headed down to earth guy who is a furnace of knowledge and a cracking leader!

Couldn't recommend more, thank you for all of your help!

I recently completed the Samuel Leeds Financial Freedom Challenge, a four-day live programme focused on taking action rather than just learning theory.

The programme was very practical. We contacted agents, analysed real property deals, booked viewings and completed tasks designed to push us outside our comfort zones.

Coach Martin was excellent. He shared honest experiences from his own property journey, including mistakes and setbacks, and gave practical advice on handling pressure, negotiating and staying focused. Rather than just explaining what to do, he encouraged us to put it into practice straight away.

The intensity was challenging at times, but that was also what made it effective. My biggest takeaway was simple: stop overthinking, take action, make mistakes and learn from them.

These 4 days of FFC have been an incredible learning experience. Even if you don’t secure a deal during the 4 days, you learn so much that you can take forward and use in the future.

One of the biggest lessons is that it is possible to speak to 50+ agents a day and discover opportunities simply by picking up the phone. Even if you are looking for BRR, by speaking to agents you can find Lease Options, Rent-to-Rent, or other strategies without even initially thinking about them.

A special thank you to Albert for all the help, support and guidance throughout the 4 days. It was really appreciated.

I would highly recommend FFC and Samuel Leeds Academy to anyone who wants to learn property and, most importantly, take action.

Samuel, keep doing what you’re doing!

The final FFC BRR challenge was outstanding, it has now put me in a better position to understand my deal, and package them to the many investors I know. Martin who facilitated the four days was absolutely brilliant.
