I found what we needed very easily on the website. Ordering was simple and delivery was prompt. All in all an excellent service.

Sanctuary was late delivering my items. After chasing I was promised I would receive critical items of my order on 23/06/26, so bathroom installation could proceed as planned. However, nothing was delivered. Still waiting, bathroom installation is now being held up.

Sanctuary is very good at requesting feedback (received x3 e-mail prompts), but not so good at fulfilling orders!

Extremely disappointed. Will not use this company again.

Stunning toilets of which I bought twice. However, 2nd time arrived with no ornate support brackets. Appeared you have to purchase separately. Like first time toilet appearing with no loo seat again purchase separately .But while ordering 2nd time around I changed my mind about colour of hinge and loo seat handles ,from gold to chrome! While on phone to supplier he told me there is a 41 pounds price difference meaning they will refund me the money. Which was a good while ago. I reminded them while ordering brackets and that was a few weeks ago but not forthcoming as yet also wrote reminding of refund, he said it was in process. That was on 2nd June .That aside out standing product with amazing flush. Truly jaw dropping beautiful . That was the high level Burlington toilet . I've yet to have installed the low one. Great communication and speedy and efficient delivery service. The Vado shower shelf was delivered in two days and is fab, very good quality. The Burlington vanity unit arrived separately, with a call in advance from the courier. It won’t be opened for a week or two but looking forward to seeing it. I’d definitely use Sanctuary Bathrooms again.
