I found the staffs like Hamza, Sandip, Shivani , Dawod Taymoor are very friendly, efficient, helpful.
Please note, these are the people I mostly deal with when I go to the office.

At the end of my lease with Sandra Davidson as the agents, I asked what the new current rental would be for my property.

I was told £1200 for a 3 year lease, and £1250 for a 5 year lease. Knowing this was much too low, I made enquiries elsewhere and found out I could get £1600-£1650.

I informed SD that I want my property returned at the end of the lease. After emailing 4 times over several weeks, with ZERO answer, being completely ignored, I finally got a reply.

It took nearly 2 years to get my property back. In that time I received NO photos or property reports resulting in an extensive refurbishment when I did obtain the keys.

I would never use these people again…
I have now re-let this property, for £1700!

Their employee Hamza was the only helpful
member of staff during this turbulent time. I must compliment him.

In your reply to my review, you apologised for not responding to my emails, and that you were having “discussions”… They certainly weren’t with me! You never contacted me once.

You say your records show you inspected the property during the 2 years it took for me to get back it back… You never sent one report or photo during this time.

If you were taking care of the property you would have seen the black mould appearing under the windows, the broken step outside, etc. The lease says you are supposed to return the property in the “tenantable condition” you accepted it. When I eventually took back the keys, it was disgusting, filthy, and in my opinion uninhabital.

I would never use you again and am very sorry I started with you in the first place. I think Landlords should know what kind of people you really are.

From the very first meeting with a senior member of the team we knew we were experiencing expertise and professionalism of the highest order which was demonstrated throughout every section of a necessarily long process. The attention to detail was meticulous at every stage and the helpfulness of all of the staff was particularly reassuring as we were selling the property through Power of Attorney and living nowhere near the property. A wise choice on our part and we're most grateful.
