I ordered a Santa beard and wig set and, while the quality was very good, the moustache had been stitched to the beard incorrectly which made it impossible to wear. I contacted the Santasuitstore team and Paul replied within the hour, asking me to return it for a full refund. A few hours later, he processed the refund immediately.
Brilliant customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back in the New Year when the new stock arrives for 2026. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service from start to finish, found this site whilst searching for a quality Santa outfit to dress up for my little ones. The particular suit I wanted was out of stock, emailed them and got a response back really quick telling me they are due more stock soon. Paul kept the online ordering paused until I was ready to submit my order just so I wouldn't miss out. Excellent product and amazing service

I had a very good experience with my order, and excellent correspondence with Nathalie, who was so helpful. Unfortunately the suit I purchased was to large for me, even though it was a standard size and I had to return it, but nothing was too much trouble for her. She answered all my emails and phone calls promptly and professionally. I will make a future purchase without a doubt. This is the place for any would be Santa to get kitted out. I guess the many excellent plaudits for the service provided by this business speak for themselves, however, I am currently employed as a part time semi professional santa attending childrens cancer wards over the festive period. Without establishments such as this we would not be able to function. The proprieter of this business is without doubt an unsung hero and should be fully applauded for her sheer profesionalism, hard work and personnable demenour. I would challenge any santa to find a better outfitter outside the uk. Well done natalie.

Excellent quality. Efficient order and. dispatch system

Have just recieved the delux suit along with the delux wig and beard, the quality of these items is nothing short of stunning. For the price paid this is just outstanding, add that to the customer service and helpful, honest advice given by Natalie to a first time Santa and you really cant go wrong using this company. Thanks

Ordered on Monday and received the order on Thursday. The suit was well packed and looks to be well made, the quality appears to be very good and is definitely an upgrade on my old suit. Thank you for a 5 star service.
