Not sure if this company is a scam???
We ordered an airfryer through this company over 6 weeks ago and paid over the odds for it. Kept being told that it is on its way and will be with you next week continuously. Then had a what's app message stating 'Good afternoon, I'm very sorry for all the lack of communication and delay we have been dealing with issues with our payment processor, everything has been sorted now but we are facing the backlog of orders, I will ensure this is resolved on Monday ill be able confirm'. I have emailed and messaged to ask for a refund but there is no response. Unfortunately this company is not transparent with their communication and I am starting to think that we have also been scammed. Please avoid using this company, we gave them the benefit of the doubt but to our own detriment. Fortunately we did a charge back with the bank as we hadn't received the product and had no communication from Sant Solutions

Ordered a ps5, to be honest i had never heard of this company so was a bit sceptical, but it arrived on time and perfect, no problems and a happy little boy on his birthday

Awful, Awful, Awful - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! SCAM - ordered and apparently a problem with their payment processor. Waited over a month (never received) and cancelled. Waiting for a refund which will not happen... Fortunately I paid on credit card so will get a refund from them.
Over-promising and under-delivering is not the way to run a business ...
UPDATE
23-11 - After several emails and messages, my Ninja Air Fryer has been delivered.
Despite my frustration at the many reasons / excuses for the delays, I tried to remain patient and polite with the supplier.
Conclusion :
- got there in the end, but it took a while.
- customer service - not good
- product - great
26 Oct - Ordered a Ninja Air Fryer - for which payment was taken immediately.
31 Oct - Messaged and emailed for an update
2 Nov - Received message saying issues with payment processor, but that it would all be sorted within a week. In good faith I agreed to wait.
9 Nov - Messaged for an update. Received a reply saying the order would be cancelled / money refunded within 3-5 days.
11 Nov - Received message saying "everything has been sorted ... I will ensure this is resolved and will confirm on Monday. We will be able to get your order to you"
14 Nov - No update .. Whatsapp inactive since Friday
This company is either a scam, or an incredibly badly managed business.
Having paid for goods which I have not received, I will be reporting them to Barclaycard.

order an Xbox on the 7th of October waited 3 weeks with no response so messaged and they promised it would be through over the weekend but it never came so I messaged on the Wednesday and they said the payment processor wasn’t working properly. I realised that there just taking me for a fool and I contacted my bank to get a chargeback which has now been sorted. Don’t use this website it’s clearly either fraudulent or very dis functional and it wasted a month of my time expecting an Xbox I should have seen the warning signs like how the address for the company is a house in London or the reviews but it seems there are many positive reviews most likely written by themselves so people like me fall for the trap.
if you want a product buy it from the actually company don’t be like me.

Scam do not trust, ordered an Xbox for sons birthday and never arrived even after multiple promises it would now waiting two weeks for a refund and more fake promises but the refund never arrives.

Firstly I would like to say that this really isn’t in my nature to complain and I appreciate that family business is falling in hard times at the moment, however being a family business myself I feel like my £395.00 which I paid in good faith for a Ninja air fryer should have been refunded to me by now.
I ordered the air fryer back the beginning of October and my money quickly left my account, now I do have to point out that Ralph the managing director has been in contact with me but really the most important thing to me is getting my money back into my account for goods I have ordered and won’t receive.
Communication has gone very quiet now and still no money into my account. I am really hoping that I see my money back asap or further steps will need to be taken.
Please be very careful if ordering from this company.

Ordered a ps5; I would lie if I say I wasn't a bit apprehensive about a site I haven't heard of before. They did delay the delivery, but like most the reviews here mention, they kept me updated all through and were really responsive.

0ver 4 weeks gor XBox and despite initial contact now I cant get a reply. Seems to be a similar story to many on here. Will be claiming refund through credit card

Must be a scam, ordered an Xbox over 5 weeks ago. It hasn’t arrived, after being in contact with the company and requesting a refund three times it’s still no where to be seen. Their excuse is that they’re dealing with Royal Mail strikes yet the my order hasn’t even been sent to them yet. They sent me a fake email telling me my Xbox has been dispatched and it hasn’t. They’re now ignoring my requests for a refund. Stay away you’re just wasting your time and money dealing with them. They add fake reviews to make it seem like they are a reputable company but they’re not they’re scammers and thieves.

The only reason I never gave 5 star was nothing to do with Saint Solutions but the mail. There are so many foggy companies unreliable and disappointing to customers but even when I had doubts about my sons ps5 being delivered I was promptly informed via WhatsApp there was nothing to worry about and my parcel arrived as promised at the time SS said it would give me reason to shop with them again rest assured and tell family and friends about SS and how dependable they really are. The mail was on a strike so I will give Ssint Soultiins a five star rating as Royal Mail is not within their territory.
