A good mail order experience

Great device for alerting me to texts or phone rings in emergencies as I am Deaf, the only disappointment I had was that I didn't realise that the vibrating pad was sold separately

This review request arrived before the phone did. The additional phone was meant to arrive by 27/12 but arrived 31/12. The packaging lists phones it is compatible with and does not list the one we bought it to work with, though your website does. Time will tell.

A very useful aid.
I already have two of these devices, and I bought this on behalf of a neighbour who was having problems hearing speech on the phone. She was glad to have the recommendation and is now getting plenty of use out of her Phone Plus. The package was well wrapped and sent speedily, so we had the usual good service from Sarabec.
