I have been with Save on Scents over 10…
I have been with Save on Scents over 10 years... I witness over the past 2-3years, a change in oils.. A whole different mixture, that I discontinued selling.. Also , I My most recent purchase,(March 2019)... My whole Order Of Oils, seemed as they have been cut, their not lasting as long, and I always ordered the Extreme Version.. I ordered Bottles as well, and the last shipment, the Balls doesn’t work..I called immediately, I am so use to this company and my customers, but now, I’m not Happy with their Outcome in Oils!

I am very sorry to hear of your disappointment. If there is ever an issue with an order, please contact us so that we can look into any potential issues. We never change any fragrant formulas without first notifying customers. There are a handful of fragrances that have been updated over the years when a specific material is no longer available or we find we are able to improve the scent of oil. However, we note those oils with a big red block of text to indicate what change was made and why. I do not see this to be the case with any oils in your orders either. If you think there is an issue with an order we urge you to get in touch with us right away. It is our job to make sure orders go out properly, or fix any issues that might arise.

A trustworthy seller
A little hard to contact them but that hasn’t stopped me from returning more than once due to having great products and prompt service (orders are dispatched virtually immediately). All orders have arrived undamaged and carefully packaged! Did I also mention the variety of scents?! Amazing!

As much of our business is not local, it just has not made sense for us to offer this service thus far. Then after repeated calls I've never been able to catch someone on the phone to talk to about doing more business. Disappointing because my company really would have loved to use them as a supplier, but I'm choosing to use others instead.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. On your first order you requested that we not hold the order up if there were to be any delays. As you ordered about 100 fragrance sniffie samples as well as a case of incense, it appears that we processed two separate shipments to try to facilitate your request. I am sorry if this caused issues. I do see that you reached out to us and we called back 2 times, so I think we may have gotten caught in a little bit of a game of phone tag. I am sorry that we were unable to connect. While it has now been some time since your order, we will reach out to see if we can at least provide you with any answers you require.

Thank you for leaving us feedback. Unfortunately, I cannot find anything that I consider to be a negative interaction between our customer service staff and yourself. I see that you placed a single order and selected the free fedex ground shipping offer. The order was then placed on hold while we sent a paypal money request for the shipping expense. You then emailed us, asking to clarify the policy. We then explained that our free shipping offer unfortunately can only be extended to fedex ground shipments within the United States, not to Australia. Then I see that the shipping expense was paid, and the order shipped. Maybe you are confusing us with a different company? Or maybe there is an interaction that I am not seeing? Either way, we would love to clear this situation up. It our goal to offer the best possible customer service experience.
