My SBI A/c at Vasundhara Sec-15 branch…

My SBI A/c at Vasundhara Sec-15 Ghaziabad UP branch was inactive for the last 10 years.I moved to Munger Bihar during covid-19 and was unable to use this account. I contacted Manager through email to activate my account but due to dormancy it required ekyc. Miss Jyoti Singh contacted me and said whenever I visit delhi visit branch for 5 minutes only and today on 10/04/26 I visited branch and she within 30 minutes did a great thing to me. My A/c couldn't be activated due to multiple reasons but she took risk and activated it and now it's working. Manager Miss Jyoti singh at Vasundhara Sec-15 branch Ghaziabad UP is a wonderful lady very careing . Every SBI branch should have such a helpful Manager.

This is the single most trash website…

I have been getting the same "technical error, please try again later" nonsense for 6 years and I'm tired of this. I have been unable to access even the most basic services- managing my PPF account, upgrading transaction rights etc.

Worst part? the features that work on the YONO app don't work on the website and the ones that work on the website don't work on the app.

I cannot state this enough. The app and the website (both old and new) are un-synchronized beyond comprehension- HOW IS THIS EVEN A THING YOU SHOULD USE THE SAME BACKEND FOR A NEW AND OLD WEBSITE AND AN APP.

SBI if you're reading this, just remove your developers or pay them to build something good, or at least i'll build you a website for free ffs just plz change this. If you claim to be the bank of india, have the resources to make a good website

There is a group of sbi staff they sit…

There is a group of sbi staff they sit in Nerul station branch.They make calls for kyc update.After reaching the branch they ask for otp. This happens in branch .I started getting message of SBI Credit card.Till today I don't have any credit card with me.
Still they send charges.

worst services.

worst services.. not able to open account nor they have solution .. i am trying to login this past 3-4 days every time they asking me opt that also not coming to my mobile only one time received ... if we have any emergency how we can depend like such worst bank services . really disappointed.. also in bank also they asking us to wait 4-5 hours after they start our work-

I am disappointed with the service…

I am disappointed with the service provided by the staff. They are insisting on opening additional accounts and insurance unnecessarily. I have also not received my ATM card. When I contacted the branch, I did not receive a proper response or clarification.branch thenampalayam(tirupur)

I've had very bad experiences with SBI bank. I don't get any messages about the money being deposited, nor do I get any notifications about the amount being deducted.Their server is slow all the time. My account is in Chandigarh 34A Sector Bali Branch.
If even 10 rupees are deducted in Punjab national Bank, then it also becomes a msg in my number.

The helpful way in which Mrs Sai Alekya Madiraju dealt with our request today was excellent.
We are senior citizens and her patience,her willingness to provide service was exemplary.

new SBI website is totally crap

new website is totally crap. It asks to login and again unnecessarily.
Sometimes it says Incorrect Captcha and sometimes it does not take you to the accounts page, but wants you to login again although all the entered details were correct.
