Had an issue with a gift card which needed to be resolved quickly. Team immediately responded and went out of their way to assist with sorting. Thanks for the support and speed in which you assisted.

Found this brand with lovely bright clothing and a lovely story behind the brand however a lot of black coming into the prints which I hate and puts me off buying and they keep using Royal Mail which takes a week at least to arrive while all other couriers deliver within a couple of days

I have been an absolute fan of Scamp and Dude for four years . Was so excited to visit the new Brighton Store . Very disappointed with the Customer Care I received. I won’t be returning, and I have lost faith in the quality of clothing, after having two jackets, fall apart at the collar after wearing them for 5 months, then told nothing can be done. I don’t expect to pay £120 for a jacket, that lasts only 6 months. Wasted trip to Brighton. Shame , as Scamp and Dide have lost a great Costumer .

Loved their website, quality items with a good range of sizes. Easy to shop online and quick delivery.
Arrived in a beautiful box with tissue paper wrapped around the clothes.
Fab fit and great quality products as seen on site.

Great customer service & great clothes. Would highly recommend Scamp & Dude. The clothes are really well made and last for ages. Whenever there is an issue due to sizing the customer service is always outstanding. I would also like to give a shout out to the wonderful and attentive staff in the St James Centre store in Edinburgh. Nothing is a problem and they are always so happy and helpful. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Great quick and efficient delivery too!

I recently had an issue with a dress that I bought when the zip completely ripped.

It was outside the normal timeframe for returns due to a fault however when I contacted the customer care team they were brilliant.

Within 48 hours they have helped me with the return process and issued a gift card so that I can buy a replacement!

Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to visit the store in Brighton!

Not a great customer experience took over 2 months to get a refund due to confusion re exchange. Also sequins on sweatshirt starting falling off after 1 wash so looks very worn despite being new, shame as nice design but would not recommend unfortunately !

Bought a beautiful coat and received it quickly. Really good quality and website is very to navigate.

Love this brand on line but the customer service in the Manchester Trafford Centre store was dreadful, took 40 mins to process a discount on items, staff did not know what they were doing, told us they were new and " had not been trained on anything" they had no clue about the stock they carry, how long it would take to order something or when anything was coming in.

Only 2 staff and 2 customer in the shop so it was not busy at all and the other customer who was simply wanting a refund said she had been there for over 30 mins. I may order on line again but never again in the shop. Has to be some of the worst service I have ever experienced.

They are too slow to process returns. I've waited over 10 working days for a refund, I've had to chase the company to look into this. Part of my order was eventually refunded but I am still waiting on the other item to be refunded. It is an unacceptable level of customer service.

Premiumyields.com is scam. They fraud my husband for 40k. Don't trust them!!

I love all my clothes from S&D. The colours are amazing and the material of the clothes feels fabulous on. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Ordered 2 hoodies as I didn't know which size would be most suitable. I'm pleased with the hoodie however I returned the one which didn't fit and It's been almost TWO weeks since they received the item back at the warehouse and I STILL HAVEN'T received my refund. You really need to speed up your returns process.

So disappointed the khaki rain mac was out of stock so I messaged the S&D Facebook page. A couple of days later I got an fb message saying it was back in stock, I bought it immediately and it was delivered the very next day. The Mac is GORGEOUS.

Outstanding customer service! I ordered a dress which unfortunately came with a broken button hole elastic. I contacted customer service, and had a same day reply. I sent an image of the issue and they immediately sent me a link to arrange a return with costs covered. Then once I’d sent a photo of the proof of postage, they sent out a replacement the same day (without waiting for the return to be received), and the replacement dress arrived the next morning! The staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
