I contacted regarding a replacement order since I never received my original. I was advised on the 20th July that a replacement would be sent which I would receive within 48hrs, however I didn't. So with the same chain of emails I asked where it was, to then be told they'd investigate the 1st original order which process I'd already been through! Its so frustrating as I can be now some if not all are probably no longer available so I'll never receive them!! A nearly £300 order absolutely gutted. At this stage I'll just have my money back instead I think!!

Good price and quick delivery

All designer perfume, genuine on low prices but good for personal use because of box condition can't give to anyone else, some time get box pack as well, but huge prices difference from market, I would suggest to everyone ,original product i bought a lot thanks.

Placed an order of perfumes only to receive an empty box without the contents in back and forth with customer service absolute nightmare

Never ordered before but they were quick and the perfume was original as said box was battered but didn't matter because that's why they are so reasonable. Will buy again

I am very disappointed with my experience with Scent Outlet. I ordered several perfumes that were advertised as genuine. After receiving them, I became concerned that they were not authentic because of the packaging, scent, and overall quality compared with genuine versions I have previously owned.

I contacted customer service to raise my concerns and request a resolution, but I have not received a response. As a customer, I expected better communication and support.

This was my personal experience, and I would advise anyone considering buying from this company to do their own research before placing an order.

Nightmare! Whilst I understand the discount is for damaged boxes one of my perfume bottles arrived with a lot of perfume missing due to it leaking, the metal trim on the bottle was also detached.

I contacted customer services asking for a replacement, they then ask me to return with original packaging in tact, well duh I'd opened it to discover the damage. Then I said, again, I'd like a replacement, they then said yeah we will provide this when we recieve the item. So I go on their website and its out of stock. When I queried this the 3rd adviser said it meeds to be returned with the cellophane in tact at my cost.

So I still have it having given up with the incompetent and lying customer service thia company has 🤦🏽‍♀️

The price is great and products are genuine but heavens forbid you have a problem with the order!!!
