Quick, easy delivery of my lovely new sofa.

Great company to deal with. Products of high quality, customer service is excellent as they keep you informed at every stage. Delivery is also very prompt (unlike others who make you wait months). Second time we have ordered leather suite from here.

The wardrobe we ordered was fantastic, but the shipping was terrible. I ordered it on May 27, and only 2 of the 3 boxes were delivered on May 30. The third box was lost and I finally got a replacement on June 11. When I unpacked the boxes, the drawer rails/runners were missing. I was told a replacement would be sent. I still don't have them on June 16 and have no idea if they were even sent. I went to Wickes to get some so I could finish the wardrobe. It looks great and will work perfectly.

Ordered and received sofa and armchair within 3 weeks, we’re very pleased with the quality of both, very comfortable and just as described, assembled by delivery guys for just twenty pound so no negatives to say

I made a telephone enquiry regarding a particular item I was looking for, and my wife and I were really impressed by the time and attention given to trying to help us - to include sending emails for clarification. Unfortunately they didn't have quite what we wanted, but I have to say that our experience was one of good old 'customer first'. John's knowledge of products together with effectively fielding the many questions I tabled demonstrated a customer focused company which is sometimes hard to find these days. Thankyou.

From the moment we walked in and was greeted by Finn we felt completely at ease, no pressure, we were allowed to walk round at our leisure, with advice given when asked for. Overall a great experience, quite surprising the only place we visited to purchase.
Ordered a 2 and a three seater settee of the Friday delivered the following Wednesday by two lads that were equally efficient and friendly.

As you can see I left a great review way back in October 2023.
It is now one year seven months later so I am giving S C Furniture Ltd a up to date review on how my furniture has been
ITS STILL LIKE NEW!!
Both my settees have not faded at all,they are still in fabulous condition and still look brand new.
I am over the moon with S C Furniture Ltd, I have certainly got my moneys worth out of both settees and it's clear to see they are going to last me many years from now.

My settees were out of stock when I ordered them but I decided to wait for the ones I wanted. My communication with SCFurniture was always very pleasant.
The delivery men were very pleasant and efficient and assembled the furniture very quickly.

We were nervous about buying a Boston leather suite online but, after phoning SC Furniture, we were reassured and are delighted with the sofa and chairs. Six months on and we're as happy as when it arrived. Delivery was excellent too.

Very helpful as we are in Scotland we have been sent shop pictures of the sofa, style and also the fabrics that we have since ordered.

I paid the little extra for everything put together and well worth it. Very happy with quality of the settees. Also a good price.

Received 20 gliders to go on the feet of our recliners, but came with only 11 sticky pads??? Where are the other 9 sticky pads?...... Apart from that received gliders quickly, but a shame pads missing.
