Great slim fit trousers and brilliant customer service
I was looking for some slim fit, fully elasticated trousers for my son who’s on the small side, where normal high street school trousers wouldn’t fit him. The ones from School Wear United fit him absolutely perfectly and go down to 2-3 years old. I also asked if I could return them if they didn’t fit and the response from WhatsApp was like lightening and the answer was that I could return them (turns out I didn’t need to). Brilliant customer service and great range of clothes!

World class service
I was looking for a weather proof coat and trousers. I came across what appeared to be a good deal at school wear United whom I had never heard of. I ordered and received my items 2 days later. I am very impressed with the quality of the items and the excellent service. Highly recommended

Excellent range of products and the quality is really good. They are more expensive than ‘supermarket’ trousers, BUT they do feel like they will last the year, so I was happy to pay. I had next day delivery because I ordered late (only my own fault!!) and the products were sent promptly- I think they were

Poor communication and service!
Ordered from this company, and expected delivery to be within the dates provided to me, only to be told delivery was delayed when I questioned the item not yet being dispatched. I wrote to this company 4 times over a week, and each time had no reply. I then received a refund, but again no communication to inform me of this. Poor communication and a shocking service!
