Sent my shoes back on 31st October costing 23.99 for a different size and design and never received anything back .sent several e.mails no reply rang a few times and they couldn't track them and because I never kept my post office tracking number it's my fault 23.99 out of pocket. ......brill

Terrible false advertising of next day delivery. Only at the last step are you told that you are not eligible for this service. Contacted customer care to be given a rehersed speech about warehouse stock and courier companies. FALSE ADVERTISING at its best. Never again !!!!

Where are my shoes.....Ordered shoes for next day delivery and 3 days later after they were due still have not received them!!
Customer service are lazy and incompetent, they don’t bother to get back to you as promised.

I bought some shoes on the internet. They arrived the next day. Unfortunately they did not fit so I took them back to the Schuh store in Leicester. The staff were pleasant and helpful. They quickly arranged a refund.

Returned some Lacoste Marice Ladies Canvas Pumps as the low quality material had worn out after only 3 months. I didn't have the receipt but could tell them the date and card used to purchase them. The friendly and helpful staff at the Aberdeen Trinity Centre store gave me a refund immediately.

Collected my order from Bluewater and later returned one item as the sizing was off. Shop staff where efficient, helpful and friendly. Ease of return encourages me to purchase online. Well done Schuh.

I went into the 24-28 Oxford Street Store on Saturday 29th July 2017.
Tom your member of staff was superb, they were patient, helpful and nothing was to much trouble.
Not only did I buy my 1st ever pair of converse I purchased my grandson a pair.
Will definitely shop there again.

The staff are a credit to your company

I recently bought a £65 pair of Converse sneakers from Schuh in Brent Cross. Within 5 minutes of wearing them my heals were bleeding and the and the pain increased as the day wore on (I was at work so had no alternative shoes). I took the shoes back to the store and was given a a number of reasons why they could be comfortable including not wearing them with wrong type of socks! The manager was rude and arrogant.

The shoes were returned to head office for inspection and promptly sent back refusing a refund on the grounds that the shoes are true to size. So never mind the bloodstains at the heel illustrate the fault, all that counts is a sale for £65.

The customer is NEVER right should be their slogan.

A hostile attitude towards customers runs throughout this company. Avoid like the plague.

Bought a pair of lacoste shoes, and sendt dem back because they started creak only afte one month. The costumer service was very bad to reply to my mails, and I never got my shoes back, or money back. I will never buy from them agin, and wish to no one to experience the same.

I ordered the grey uggs as advertised. The picture on this product are grey uggs. What I was actually sent were stormy grey uggs. That aren't actually grey at all and more brown than grey.

I am extremely disappointed that I was not sent what I ordered but an alternative product that is nothing like the product advertised.

This was obviously a deliberate attempt by schuh to deceive their customers in an attempt to gain more sales for a product they don't have in stock.

I was not informed they were sending an alternate, nor was it labelled on their website. It is not hard to update their website to reflect what they are selling although if they did that they might not sell as many!

This was deliberate and totally unacceptable.

When returning them to schuh I was horrified to be offered vouchers in exchange and not money. Again another attempt to keep my money for deliberately deceiving me!

Don't buy these they look nothing like the picture and are definitely NOT grey at all!!!

I also wrote a review on the schuh website. It has yet to appear and will most likely be filtered out

Shopped here many many times and have never had a single problem,free and fast delivery with a 365 day return policy,large selection and some great sales offers. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I'd bought a pair of boots late October 2015. The heel peeled off one of the boots after only 6 weeks of use. I used the online chat facility and they were super nice. As the original receipt had been deleted from my email account, the lovely colleague on the chat emailed me over a copy straight away and told me how they could help to fix the problem and apologised. I went into the store the next day and staff were very helpful, looked at the shoe, apologised again, said it should not have happened and immediately offered a replacement. Sadly, the shoes were not in the store, but they offered to send me a new pair through the post. The shoes were delivered to me the very next day. Superb customer service, no hassle, no issues, everything was straightforward. Thanks Schuh!

When this company offered me free delivery on a pair of Sperry and Ugg boots, I thought that I would be waiting a month of Sunday's for them to show. Not so; showed up next working day. Both pairs arrived in pristine condition, as expected.

Excellent service, would use again soon.
