I am getting electricity and water contract through this company for more than a year and I would like to say that the service provided by Ayesha is admirable, very friendly, always supportive and a good consultant. Can be recommend those who look for hazel free service.

There is no option for giving 0 reviews to these scammers and it is a shame.
They use young girls to make calls and try to get you into conversations, then use persuasive means and even soft honey trapping sales techniques are used.
BEWARE and DENY conversations and BLOCK please.

Please do not sign up to this company as they claim to be uk based but are based in Pakistan.

They will cold call you and wattsapp you messages even try to befriend you and then try to get you to sign up for their services.

I was hounded daily around 5-6 times a day by a lady called Zara Mustapha who even disclosed personal information about her life and tried to befriend me just so I could sign up.

The other positive reviews are all from friends as they have only one review and have Pakistani names.

Had an amazing experience dealing with them. Good customer service. Ayesha went beyond and above to help me out in getting best deal for both of my businesses. Highly recommended she is such a sweet lady , guide me thoroughly.

This company calls our place of work multiple times a day. We have complained to the ombudsman about this. We were advised to block the calls. They will call from various mobile numbers and land line numbers. Claiming to be from the energy department. The company is based in Pakistan and not in the uk. The office is merely registered in Kirkcaldy. Today we received a call from a girl, I explained we have complained to the ombudsman, she laughed at me and told me we can save money on your energy. Zero concern about the inconvenience caused by wasting many hours. The reviews are from fake profiles and friends of their business.

Avoid this lying company at all costs.
