It was 1981, Margaret Thatcher has been in power for two excruciatingly long years already, Charles and Diana have just announced their engagement, Bucks Fizz have won the Eurovision Song contest and Scribbler has just been born! But unlike Thatcher’s reign, Charles and Diana’s marriage and the UK’s run in Eurovision, Scribbler thrived into what can only be described as a ‘well good shop’ (thanks @cheeselover92) and now has stores across the country and a brand spanking new website. Whether you’re looking for something outrageously rude (The Daily Mail hate us!), ridiculously funny, or sickeningly sweet, we've got you covered. We work with the quirkiest, most outlandish and anarchic range of designers to bring the best and …ahem, boldest products to you. Get ready to get it wrong... Scribbler level wrong.

Previously had the best card selection but has really gone down hill. In the last year I have had 2 situations where my order has been wrong and the latest website update is incredibly poor.
My account has had all my previous orders removed and it has removed all my favourited cards which I had saved to send to people.
You now also can't get to your favourites page through the website you have to Google the link to it.
I have now tried to make an order and they have removed the option to send the cards on different dates.
Won't be using them any more Thortful.com is much better.

Used to be the best Card service ever. I've used them for years as has my family. They've updated the website and no longer can you add custom photos or designs, forcing you to use their own instead. So nobody has any further need for their services anymore.
I'm extra angry that I put money on my account as to purchased personalised cards I make in the future, but now probably due to something WOKE / Lefty, they have removed the ability for creativity of your own.
Will never use Scribbler ever again!!!
Moonpig still allow freedom of creativity though, so you're better off going there for personalised cards.

My daughter gave birth to our first grandchild - a very special occasion, so I ordered a card from Scribbler at once. Six days later, my congratulations had still not arrived. I complained and my money was refunded but with no apology that such a significant occasion had been missed.

I always order from Scribbler!
High-quality, great range and excellent customer service when you send the card to the wrong address. Thank you for making last minute dashes to order and send cards so easy. Thank you.

Ordered a card for my daughter's upcoming birthday from Scribbler, saw the card I liked and a few days later I received it. On the front of the card was a mark across it and when I opened the card there was another mark that appeared to have seeped through to the inside of the card.
I sent a message to the company and asked for a replacement to be sent.
I received an apology from James who also said he would send a replacement and requested that the printing team keep an eye on this order and look to clean the printer that day.
Replacement card arrived a few days later with near enough the exact same ink mark, in the same place but a different colour. So, clearly James either hadn't asked the print team to check and clean the equipment or they just ignored his request. Emailed the company again, and asked for a full refund. Received a notification of the replacement order with -£5.99, which I presume is the refund as there was no other info on the message. Never received the postage cost which was baffling.
I won't be recommending this company as I feel the service I received wasn't that good.
EDIT: Have received a full refund now and email confirmation of the full refund.
EDIT 2: Hi James...I assumed the -£5.99 was the refund as I received this today after you asked me to re-send the photographic evidence. Anyway, no worries and hopefully your guys have cleaned the equipment!

Great way to tell friends what I truly think about them - the best part is that they think I'm joking when they get a card calling them a ****head :)

Scribbler is always my first stop for cards, they have a great selection of trending and topical cards plus cute or rude cards depending who I’m sending it to.
I ordered a Scribbler card last month and must say I was impressed by how quick it arrived.

Ordered a card on the 19th of December for Xmas. Estimated delivery from 21-23rd December. However, after the card didn’t arrive on any of those days I sent an email via their online portal and I received no response, and the card did not turn up in time for Christmas.
I have 3 points to make about this website:
1. Awful customer service
2. Mediocre card selection
3. Unreliable delivery
STAY AWAY IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR FAMILY/FRIENDS TO BE LET DOWN WHEN A CARD DOESN’T ARRIVE FOR THEM!
What a truly awful selection of cards. I couldn't find one that didn't have a cheap crude insult or trashy swear word - and for the first time, whole rows of cards with featuring the C word prominently. I'm no prude, really I'm not but are we all now so thick and stupid? Very much hoping that this strategy results in big piles of unsold cards that get to be pulped.
Do Scribbler give any thought to their shop layouts? Is placing cards with fck, cnt, etc on them at eye level for a 6 year old a great idea?
Fed up with going in. Yeah, I know “just go somewhere else then…” - I did that, and I’ll keep doing that.
Received a hate card manufactured and sold by this company calling me a c*nt. Does it have any corporate values concerning the facilitation and distribution of hate in a society? The apparent ‘artist’ is called Michael. He must be very chuffed with himself for helping sick and cowardly members of the public send such materials through the mail. What moves a person or a company to make and produce a card with such a despicable word printed large on its face? Is it done in pursuit of profit? I guess it must be.
Ordered a card Friday 26 Aug, fair enough it was a bank holiday weekend, but card still not delivered.
Granted I paid for standard delivery but have done this several times with thortful and moonpig but never had such a delayed delivery. Unfortunately wont be using Scribbler again.
The card I ordered was delivered without any printing inside and they declined top cashback payment of 10p!
My go-to for birthday cards. quick delivery too.
I first came across a Scribbler store at the Glasgow central station and my mind was blown! It was such a fun shop! I never liked the idea of giving people generic cards but couldn't really custom-make all the cards either. Scribbler gave me a choice! I visited the store multiple times after first discovering it and I have been grateful for its existence ever since. The staff always seemed wonderful and the store always appears to be clean and organized! :)
Love Scribbler, unique, funny. Card always received on time and really good quality
Really good quality and excellent service! Will defo us again
