Avoid buying from here. Waited 3 weeks with no delivery and no communication. They are a middleman and order their scrubs from China, shipping them to customers. That is why deliveries take so long.... Voir plus

I contacted the company by email and had an immediate reply even though it was the weekend. They helped with the order and the items arrived within 10 days (Christmas and embroidery lengthened the time). Our staff are thrilled with the quality of the uniforms and I have just placed a second order. Would highly recommend this firm.

Awful experience and terrible customer service. I made my order on the 18/09/2023, and it states on their website that order take 24-48 hours to dispatch. They also state that some brands, like the one I ordered, may take longer (up to 7-14 working days).
Even accounting for the extra time, and despite making my order over 3 weeks ago (16 working days), my order still has not been dispatched. Worse still, they don't bother to email you to provide updates or apologise for the delay. Instead i'm left wasting my time having to chase them up to get any kind of indication as to what's happening with my order.
I would strongly advise that you avoid this company. I hope they read this and get their act together and sort my order out (Order #40432).
Update:
Just when I thought this company couldn't get any more unprofessional, they exceeded my expectations. I emailed to ask about why my order was taking so long and if I didn't hear back in 24 hours, I would be asking for a refund.
The email I received was beyond unprofessional. I quote "Our shipment arrived late on Friday evening (the 14th working day) and your order is with our embroidery team. The next email you would have received tomorrow would have been to advise of the tracking information, once despatched.
However due to your dissatisfaction and the one star review that you have left we have refunded you in full.

Apparently I was suppose to know that they had received the order from the supplier within 14 days and I "would have" received an email had I not complained. Sounds like utter nonsense. It also proves they are just the middle men and not a legitimate company, as they didn't state it was our of stock on their website.
All in all, the worst company I've dealt with. You have been warned !

I was hesitant to use this company at first after having read the other reviews but the customer service is fantastic and they work very hard to meet demands. The only issue I had was that the scrubs I ordered was out of stock and I ended up getting a replacement; which was ok but not what I had wanted. There was no indication on the website when I ordered that it was out of stock. As I needed them urgently I couldn't wait but I was given the option to wait for the stock to arrive.
The team work very hard and did get my order out on time. Their efforts are appreciated.
Although, I had to wait a bit longer this time to receive my parcel because the colour I ordered (olive) was out of stock, the wait was so worth it. I loved the colour, the quality and fabric. I have been a regular customer since past 2 years and I can say their products are long lasting and high quality and true to their value. I cannot wait to wear my new scrub to work. Thank you Scrubs UK.

Customer service is shocking. It has been a month and my scrubs still haven't arrived. I had to chase for any communication - to be told there was a supplier delay. Fine, but communication is key with any client. By 3 weeks in to the order I would not have time to order elsewhere. Emails are ignored. The odd one that is replied to is rude and abrupt. No compensation offer
Then. My favourite bit. Despite them knowing the HUGE delay with their product - when the item finally does arrive - they dispatch via the same slow service. Was told item would be with me "Wednesday at the absolute latest" Shocker. Its Thursday and guess what, no scrubs. No reply to emails either.
It would be common sense if as a business you knew there had been a substantial delay you would send via first class - would you not? No. Save the extra £2 and send second. Shocking.
So I still do not have scrubs. I have no reply to my emails and no compensation. Offering to refund 3 weeks into a process with no communication is not an acceptable response.
Also to reply to emails with "not sure what else we can do" as a tip for you from a business owner, all this does is anger your client further. You would be polite, answer emails, provide good communication and use a better delivery service to avoid further delays. It is not rocket science. Delays from stockists happen all the time - but it is how you treat your customers which is the reflection of your business.
In conclusion there is absolutely no way I would ever use this company again. I would never recommend them and I would never ever even consider having an item from here. Disgraceful customer service.
Please avoid. Also if you actually wish to receive the products you order best order elsewhere as myself, and others so it seems are still waiting. A month in my case.....
UPDATED TO ADD:
This is a real shame you felt the need to reply in this way. I think when you have so many people saying the exact same customer experience, it may be time to take responsibility and change your business for the better - rather than constantly blaming the customer and not accepting liability for your failings.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Similar story, ordered scrubs, turned out they do not have them in stock and it will be 3-4 weeks before they are available. No compensation for this. Very disappointing service. Money has been taken, still awaiting scrubs.

Takes 8 days to ship order without letting the customer know prior to purchase that item is actually out of stock and is awaiting a delivery. Also charges nearly £6 for “express shipping”. When order does arrive, one item is the wrong size. Awful service, avoid.
