The salesman Mohammad, who we purchased the sofas from was really polite and efficient. They helped us a lot.
The sofas have exceptional quality and very comfortable.
Really enjoyed the service in the shop and the sofas came on the date we were told about.

Your driver was in such a rush and he was very moody I was not happy the way he came and walked out wish he had a smile on the face and also taken easy as my husband is not well. I know we had a sofa to be removed asked them to help he was very rude....poor service

Over all I am happy with the sofa I have purchased, like the quality of the leather and happy with price, service and delivery.
My only disappointment is that 5 months on I am still waiting for the leather cleaning package I purchased at the same time. Despite numerous calls to the local shop and customer services I am still waiting for this team.
