I had a fantastic experience buying a corner Sofa from SCS in Stafford. Carol was extremely patient and knew on how to best guide me in making the purchase. She was very friendly and understood my requirements and did her best to help me. She is an asset to the team.

Excellent service in the shop when ordering. Furniture arrived ahead of schedule. Very happy with service and quality of furniture. One thing to note, on the day of delivery don't take too much notice of the tracking. I checked the tracking on the day, it stated a time slot of over an hour away so I went in the garden and ten minutes later they arrived! I checked the tracking as they were bringing the furniture in and it stated they were four stops away. The delivery guys were professional and polite and tided up after themselves. Very happy and recommend.

Friendly reception without pressurising. Allowed to view products in the knowledge that any help or technical advice was always available on request resulting in a sale.

Buying experience was great. Can’t fault the shop staff. But 4 months delivery time from ordering is just too long.

Tony at the Stafford Queensville shop was very welcoming, informative but not pushy. He demonstrated not only the good quality but also explained why he didn't think certain furniture would suit. Very helpful in all aspects of the sale.

Lovely welcome by Rachel when l recently visited the Stafford Store with my granddaughter. There were lots of bargains to be had in the Bank Holiday Sale. It was great trying out the various sofas and didn't feel rushed when l found one which suited me. Rachel was so knowledgeable about the furniture on offer. Such a great service and looking forward to receiving my new sofa within two weeks.

The store Manager and Carol who served us helped choose the right chair for us without pressuring to purchase.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They introduced themselves straight away but left us to browse before asking if they could help.

The chair we purchased was perfect for what we wanted and we look forward to it being delivered. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the delivery cost, I think around £130 is too high to deliver one chair about 7 miles away.

Welcome from Rachael at Stafford store was appreciated and allowed us to browse without any pressure to buy. She completed our transaction to buy and gave us time to ask questions in a friendly manner. Post buying she contacted us with all appropiate information as she said she would do.

Great experience at The Stafford store. Daz helped us choose the right sofa fo our needs. Explained all the different fabrics and the pros and cons of each for what we needed it for. He kept us informed throughout the process and worked around the limitations for delivery. Thoroughly decent chap and will visit again when we replace our other sofas.
