Customer service and patience

Everything from start to finish was excellent. In store the gentleman was informative, very helpful, and very patient as I changed my mind several times. I was kept informed of the delivery date and it arrived a couple of weeks the estimated date, which I was very happy with. The two young men who delivered the sofa were also excellent. On the delivery day I was emailed the approximate time, then as they progressed with other deliveries, constantly updated me with an earlier time. Finally calling to say they would be 15 minutes. Perfect, thank you all so much,oh and the sofa is wonderful.

Arrived early which was ok explained how to operate the reclining buttons an d power pack the delivery crew where polite and efficient in their job.

Lady was very helpful answering any questions we asked and we asked a lot.

Ryan was very helpful and spent a lot of time dealing with our queries. I felt very comfortable - both with the furniture which I chose and with Ryan. It was also very helpful having to pay only 50% up front. My only slight irritation was the ‘Muzak’ everywhere which was very loud in my hearing aids. In fact, I almost walked out of the store without exploring.

From shopping to delivery, it was a very good experience. All staff very good and knowledge.

Delivery of my furniture took a few changes on the date , but. Have now been delivered and the young men who delivered it where very good and quick without any messing about , l was very pleased with them

Whilst the were quick it did not seemed rushed and they took the time to make sure everything was correct

Went into store a few weeks ago and looked around the store and stated we were just looking. Returned Saturday 25th July 2026 and received a warm welcome. We had already decided which two seater settee we were after and the man serving us was very thorough with the size, non recliner and colour we wanted, which was confirmed. We were informed that this would be delivered sometime in October/November - which we accepted as we understand that they are handmade in Italy.

Generally the service was good. The two delivery men were courteous but failed to connect the flap at the rear of the seat (fixed by a velcro strip) I had to do this myself

The salesman was very patient as I couldn’t make up my mind as there is a lot of choice. He made sure we were happy with our choice and the it fitted our requirements

We came in the sales man was very polite told us where everything was and let us get on with it
No sales talk but when asked was very helpful

I had someone else accept my delivery so I can't comment on the delivery itself. However I was kept informed every step of the way once a delivery date was given and received a call from the delivery team and hour before they were due at my property. The recliner chair is of the utmost quality and extremely comfortable. Very happy with the whole experience from the ordering right through to delivery.

My experience with Poltron was very good from start to finish.The help in the shop deciding what to buy was excellent as was the range. The delivery too was first class from the notifications to the finish.

Great staff

On the delivery day we were kept informed of when our furniture would arrive and the delivery guys called to let us know they were 5 mins away. They were both very polite and courteous and took great care bringing the furniture into our home ensuring that they did not damage any doors or door frames. The furniture was assembled quickly and professionally and checked to ensure all was working before they left. They took every bit of packaging with them and left the house as clean as they found it. Great service.

The lady was very helpful, located for us the chair we wanted.The other colleague helped us, too, with completing the paperwork for the loan.

Excellent explanation of products on our first visit so choice made and purchased on our return visit when we received close attention for our order.
