Wanted to return an item , the contact email doesn't work keep getting bounce back. No way of returning the item
No phone number to contact either. Very dissatisfied.

Paid for 2 items, only received 1 item. I've tried calling several times no answer.

Their warning of getting a larger size due to its snatching effect is definitely true.🤩

The garment didn't fit it was too small but the quality and service was great, I've sent it back first class and just waiting on a refund to purchase a larger size. Correspondence was fab and continues to be.

It’s far too tight and that’s after following the guidelines. The Huggies go up my bum and it cuts right into me!
They did not mention you can refund if it doesn’t fit.
I ordered a different sort in two sizes a few days ago. I was sent a 15% off coupon on top of 10% off. Believe it or not they refunded it without telling me and I am non the wiser and wondering where my parcel is. Also the chat bot is useless and no one comes to talk to you. Waste of money

I absolutely hate my compression garment I followed the sizing guide which set me a small. New things are always bit tight but this is not wearing in at all. It's giving me a rash it's split My scar because it's irrating it so much what a waste of money :(

I recently ordered a Stage 2 compression garment and had quite a journey with my purchase. Initially, I ordered the wrong size and had to send it back. While waiting for the exchange, I realised that my original choice garment was back in stock, so I needed to change my order yet again. I contacted customer service, where Laura was an absolute lifesaver. She patiently guided me through the process, confirming that I could return the original order, cancel the exchange, and place a new order for my first choice garment. The quality of the product is outstanding – worth every bit of the effort. Laura’s patience and dedication to getting everything right was truly exceptional; she handled all my requests with such care and understanding. I can’t recommend her help and this company enough!
