Die vom Unternehmen verfasste Geschäftsfilosofie liest sich vollmundig, allerdings bleiben es hohle Worte, wenn die Praxis dahinter zurückbleibt und der Kunde unzufrieden ist. Das bin ich mit der Konsequenz, nicht wieder zu bestellen. Weder im Angebot, noch mit der Bestellung wurde die ungewöhnlich lange Lieferfrist angemerkt. Diesbezügliche Rückfragen blieben in der Sache unbeantwortet. Erst nach eingelegtem Widerspruch der Bestellung machte der Verkäufer eine Lieferaussage. Dennoch befand sich die Sendung beim Paketdienstleister mehrere Tage im Status "elektronische Ankündigung". Bin auf die Beschaffenheit des bestellten Artikels gespannt wenn ich ihn auspacken werde.

This Website is a Scam!!! don't buy from them. I ordered an item and I notice that the item was still showing in trenton NJ four days after it was suppose to have been delivered. I contacted USPS and the investigated and said that the tracking information was only for a shipping label but no item showed up to be scanned.

Masturbator with rotation…

I ordered the Masturbator with rotation up and down and it is a great toy.
You will need to lubricate inside before use it or it will hurt you.
Don’t use the seconds mode it’s useless cause after 5 minutes of use it stop rotating.
Still in warranty then I got a replacement but didn’t work cause the axle was not tight inside then I got an other one and it works now
Very good service and help by Nicole.
The only problem is the product inspection cause from china

Great customer service

I had ordered an item and after 6 weeks it stopped working. It was replaced with a new one without any hassles or personal questions. The delivery was as estimated. Great customer service!

I checked the logistics info and realized your lube was delivered at your door/yard by USPS.

The toy was in tight stock because it was selling so well. I shipped it to you from another, more distant warehouse, so the shipping time will be a little longer.
According to USPS, the toy is still in transit. If it still don't deliver successfully on April 3, I'll reship it for you via UPS, which delivers faster.
