I RARELY LEAVE BAD FEEDBACK.... BUT
I RARELY LEAVE BAD FEEDBACK, BUT THIS COMPANY WAS HORRIBLE, disorganized, unprofessional, unresponsive, and finally, explained with lame excuses. I ordered (4) converters on their website on the weekend. I got an immediate receipt for my $400+ payment. Then nothing happened on Monday, I called to verify when my converters would ship. Got answering machine. Tues no response. Sent inquiry using their website "Contact Us" link. NOTHING, Wednesday: I'm starting to get worried, another call, again nobody to answer although I call multiple times to different extensions. NO BODY ANSWERS THE PHONE, AND NO RETURN PHONE CALLS. THURS AGAIN NOTHING CHANGES. FRIDAY, FINALLY I GET THE OWNER. His story: "He was away on a trip and the ONE GIRL in the office didn't know how to handle my case that THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK. TURNS OUT SHE CANCELLED THE SALE ON TUESDAY, BUT DID NOTHING TO NOTIFY ME. SO, this company has almost no employees, only the owner/manager. I WENT BACK TO THEIR WEBSITE A WEEK LATER AND THE SAME CONVERTER IS LISTED FOR SALE, even though it is still out of stock. And he expects that customers should just wait over a week for their order to be processed. DON'T BOTHER TO CALL! THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO ANSWER AND TOO BUSY TO CHECK THE MESSAGES. EVEN IF THIS COMPANY OFFERED ALL THEIR ITEMS AT A HUGE DISCOUNT, IT IS NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION TO PUT UP WITH THEIR NONSENSE!!!! THEY HAVE ONE JOB......... TO PROCESS ORDERS FOR THE ITEMS THEY OFFER FOR SALE. AND IT APPEARS TO BE BEYOND THEIR SKILL SET. They do NOT deserve your business. You have better choices online!!
