It was great service they help me with everything about my car included rental

The deductible was waived. Service Pros was always in constant communication with me; morning through the evening, ensuring I received the assistance I needed. They were very professional.

Great customer service. My car ended up getting total rolled out so it didn't get fixed, but the process to retrieve the car back was seamless one above and beyond due to my insurance not wanting you to pay the full storage fee. Highly recommend them.

Hello Thank to giving me opportunity that i can express my thoughts about the company(Service Pro/Euro Collision).
I was offered several good offers as stated below.
1.Well I first time find such fantastic deal where I did not not need to pay my deductible, I did not find this offer anywhere in LA this offer was great that safe my 1000$ at least.
2. In addition to that I was having another offer to have rental car for no payment to service pro that was another fantastic offer i never found any where else.
3. The third offer was even i was having warranty of my repair means if i did not like repaired parts after some time i can again repair them, All these offers are making service pro one of the best repair shop in LA.
4. Finally, they accepts all types of insurance.
Most important: All staff member including managers and owner of the shop were very friendly and professional they help me to i get back my repaired car on time.

Came in on the weekend. Just sign paper work and given a card if I had questions. They never called me or text me with updates. When we when to pick up our vehicle they were just sitting smoking weed. But the work looked good.

The whole team, from the first second we met with them treated us like family. I was so surprised because this was my first wreck in 38 years. They took care of everything and got tge ball moving within minutes once they got my information and when it was done the car looked better off then it did before I had the wreck.
