On January 25, 2025, I received an email from a recruiter at Seven Resourcing stating that they were looking for care assistants and senior care assistants with at least two years of industry experience. The email included an application form. Although I do not recall applying to Seven Resourcing, I took the time to complete the form and submitted it.

Later, I learned that my reference had been contacted and informed that he would get back to you. However, after two weeks had passed, I had yet to receive any feedback. I followed up by sending two emails to the recruiter on different dates, politely requesting an update. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response to either email.

I am disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism in this process. Engaging with candidates, requesting their time, and involving their references, only to leave them without any follow-up, reflects a lack of respect and responsibility.

Given this experience, I feel compelled to share my concerns on Trustpilot to ensure greater accountability.
