#NB# AVOID AND FLEE FROM THESE ONES.HAD I READ THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS I WOULD NOT HAVE FALLEN PREY TO THEM. If there is a negative star review i would have given cause for two weeks now i have been going back and forth with these people over a car they didn’t and still don’t have at their garage yet lied to me they had it and was undergoing MoT the next day. After making deposits they now say they don’t have the car yet and can’t refund too. So literally I have been scammed by them. They bait you to commit and you don’t even get to see the supposed car you commit to within the time frame given and can’t also refund, not even a partial refund. Just as I was writing this review they now sent a picture of the supposed car after two weeks of wasted time. JUST Don’t FALL VICTIM AS I HAVE. Now they have paid Google to block bad reviews so PLEASE BE AWARE.

They lie about car documentation
Even if you do the research before online there documents don’t match what they tell you
They keep your deposit if you raise an issue and are basically cowboys I wouldn’t trust a word they say I don’t even know how they are trading do not go there

One star is generous! There is no zero star option.
I haven't the energy to fully detail the issues with this company.
I understand selling used cars may come with after sales issues BUT it is all about how they deal with them.
They do not, they say what ever they think you need to hear to get rid of you, I am out of pocket and I feel robbed and disrespected.
I feel I would have had more confidence buying a car from Max Branning from Eastenders!
I am now going to try and put this whole sorry experience behind me.

I want to share my experience to warn others before buying from this dealer.

I bought a Ford S-Max on 28 July 2026 and just 4–5 days later it developed a serious transmission fault at around 20–30 mph. The dashboard showed “Transmission Limited Function”, the gears stopped changing and I was temporarily unable to reverse.

I returned the car on 3 August, formally rejected it and requested a refund. They have had the car ever since, and communication has been extremely difficult. The inspection was only scheduled after almost two weeks, and I have had to chase repeatedly for updates.

I have reported the safety concerns to DVSA and Trading Standards, and have also opened a case with AA mediation.

Since then, I’ve discovered a group of other customers with similar experiences and difficulties resolving issues with this dealer.

I genuinely wish I had seen these experiences before buying. Please do your research before handing this dealer your money.

DO NOT buy anything from this garage unless you want to lose your money. They sell unsafe cars , take deposits and if you change your mind they won't give you your money back and refuse everything. A bunch of cowboys and I would advise to stay well clear and do your research beforehand.

I feel it is important to share my experience with this car dealer to make other customers aware.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in December 2025. The vehicle had a previous brake-related MOT history, including brake defects and advisories regarding worn, pitted or scored discs.

Recently, while driving the vehicle with my children , I experienced a worrying situation where I believe the braking issue could have resulted in a serious accident. I had the vehicle independently inspected, and the report identified that both front brake calipers were seized, along with the need for replacement of the front brake discs and pads.

This is not simply a case of normal brake wear. A seized caliper is a serious safety-related fault, and I am extremely concerned that this issue was not identified before the vehicle was supplied.

I contacted the dealer and provided the independent inspection report, asking only for a reasonable contribution towards the repair costs and for them to recognise the seriousness of the situation. Unfortunately, they have refused to accept any responsibility and have dismissed my concerns. Also mocked me several times in emails .

I am sharing my experience so that anyone considering buying a vehicle does their own checks, looks carefully at the vehicle’s history, and is aware of my experience when dealing with this company.

Safety should always come first when selling vehicles.

‼️ I am now reporting this matter to the relevant organisations, including Trading Standards through Citizens Advice Consumer Service and raising my concerns with the DVSA due to the safety implications involved.

I would encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle from this company to do their own research, especially their reviews online !! ‼️

Totally satisfied with my purchase and the service of the staff.

Avoid this garage. Shocking customer service. My daughter paid £199 to test drive a car & was told it was refundable. Didn’t even have correct car ready when we arrived & now wont refund her £199. She wanted the car but they wouldn’t consider any offer. They asked for bank transfer..less protection for her. Complaints made & Trading Standards involved.

I would not leave the one star given the option. Simon and David lied through a whole week after taking my £199 holding deposit. I visited 3 times with my father to attempt to test drive the car, which took 4 days to get an MOT and new exhaust from the garage next door. During this week, I shared with my father that Simon felt shifty throughout our communication, being avoidant when I mentioned I would call David to chat about the PX. He had agreed that something felt 'off. TBH I did not know Simon was salesman, he presented more like a scruffy odd job man.
So after many calls (where I was concerned I looked too keen to buy the vehicle) they had also taken a holding deposit from someone else and sold the car. I only became aware when I called THEM to confirm all the MOT retest was complete. I was then told LIES about them not knowing each other had taken a deposit, and an embarrassing tirade of poor excuses I would expect from a child, along with 'we wasn't sure you wanted it' but still had not told me they had taken another deposit. Clearly there was conversations with 2 buyers throughout the week by Simon, he just wanted a sale on the car he had picked up from auction. My regret.. that I did not look at reviews on them before wasting my time.. seems to be a pattern of their behaviour.

Also a stock photo was used for the cars advert in autotrader and their website (Peugeot 207) which had lovely bodywork in pics - again more lies from David telling me they use AI to make it look like it was in a showroom and denied it was not the same car. I'm reporting this to trading standards and have clear comparison photos to show this

Pluses for me
- I didn't pay over the nose for a car and I didn't line their sneaky dishonest pockets with the profit
- I did , unlike other reviews, get my deposit back
- I purchased a lovely car (same make and model) from a really honest, genuine woman today and saved myself a packet in comparison

ABSOLUTELY would avoid these cowboys at all costs, definitely not worth the risk!

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review due to multiple attempts to secure a parcel shelf and a receipt for tyre that was allegedly replaced on purchase of a car for our elderly mother in law. After 5 weeks of being messed around by David Sanderson, and providing a copy of the paperwork that I ensured was signed on the day of the agreement, I am now left with no other option than to raise with trading standards. On a separate note please be aware that they also use AI images of cars on the advertised listings. What a shame that a business acts like this over minor issues and cannot keep to their word with such lack of integrity and so believe anyone thinking of buying a car from here do so with caution.

The car was faulty, not as advertised. Still remains MOT failure. Due to the level of water damage and other issues, the car was by far well below the condition described and not worth the money.
Dealer would not allow return, within consumer rights. Would consider buying elsewhere, not trustworthy.

Do not buy a car from this company!!
When you find issues with the car, Simon, Ricky & Henry fob you off with 'will ring you back' or 'will speak to the boss' excuses but never do. Be aware the warranty is also no good when car sold with pre existing issues. Once they have your money they wash their hands of you. Dig deeper on Google reviews and you will find plenty more 1 star reviews.
