Seymours Estate Agents Avis 

Within a week we had two offers for our 2 bedroom apartment we owned through Seymours and at the target price in a location that is inundated with flats for sale. They spread the word and started showrounds immediately; and negotiated the selling price. We are currently half way through the sales process. They did get some help from us in getting the flat decorated for sale. Well done and thank you.

Seymours Staines staff have been absolutely amazing at helping us get our very slow chain through to the point of exchange. Mark and Gary were excellent at the get-go with putting the property on the market, managing viewings and securing offers and the consequent sale. Alan Hackland has been the most calm, professional and thorough individual in his capacity as Sales Progressor. Quite frankly I dont think it would have all happened if Alan hadnt have kept the chain as well organised and informed. He was key to the whole process and I couldnt recommend Alan and the team at Seymours Staines more highly. Totally deserving of 5* ++!

Seymours of Guildford had the best selection of properties on the market at any given time. The staff were always very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my dates and times, given that I had to travel a long way, many times, to view properties.
Importantly, they kept an eye on my parameters for property requirements, so didn't waste my time - yet still offered houses that they thought might pique my interest.

It is clear to see that they are very much a customer focused estate agent. Since this is my first house buy I have no experience of the whole process, specifically the Luke O'Brien at Seymour's Woking branch helped me in every way . Seymour's Estates Agent's,Lightwater branch, are a very friendly and professional, group of people. Our Estate Agent Johnny couldn't do enough for us. What I remember most of all was Johnny's calm nature in showing us around, what was to be, our future home. in my mind .. if the agent is relaxed .. client's are relaxed. Fantastic experience start to finish. 3 months from viewing to completion thanks to fast acting staff which surpassed all expectations. Incredibly helpful and quick with emails - responding to all of my (many, and potentially silly) questions as a first time buyer. Constantly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly, and following up quickly on enquiries.

Seymour’s are the most unprofessional estate agents I have ever had to deal with. They don’t train their staff to be knowledgable on the property industry so can’t answer any of your questions on a property, and they hire young or inexperienced staff who are not trained up to do their job properly. You also never know who you are going to be dealing with when calling the office, I wish they just had one contact per sale as it would make the communication a lot better. Also know they have a toxic culture internally so I’m sure this doesn’t help!

Worked with Seymours Surbtion when purchasing a property. Communication was excellent and transparent throughout the process, with regular updates. One of the better estate agents out there, would use again.

I bought my house through Seymours and chose them when I came to sell it. I like the staff and although it took a while to get an offer I think it was due to unfortunate circumstances, i.e. 3 other people decided to sell their houses after mine went on the market.
