Sgin Avis 

Laptop became faulty shortly after purchase. Tried contacting Sgin numerous times over two weeks, making my consumer rights very clear, but received no response to any of my messages. Won't be buying their products again.

I purchased a laptop which failed to boot within a few months if light use. It took a bit to get it serviced because Amazon insisted I go to SGIN and SGIN ignored me. I finally got Amazon to get SGIN to fix the laptop, which has again failed after a few months of very little use. I have never had such a terrible support issue before. I am surprised they are still in business.

I purchased a LAPTOP off SGIN - Within 10 months of me doing so the laptop started to "freeze" on me...I contacted them to tell them about this - They asked me to send a screenshot to them of how much STORAGE had been used on my laptop(I'd used about 20% of it's full capacity) - I sent the screenshot of the storage used.....From then on had NOTHING back from them............AVOID this company like the "PLAGUE!!!!"

I bought a tablet, and a few months in I noticed a large cluster of stuck pixels.
I contacted the (official sgin) seller multiple times to find a solution and was ignored.

The email address they list on their official website bounces back because it doesn't exist and the comment I wrote on their website to point this out isn't visible and has obviously also been ignored.

Any company can sell a faulty product, but ignoring a customer and listing an invalid email is just absolutely unacceptable.

my SGIN is slowly rising on the right side

I bought an SGIN laptop in February of 2024 through Walmart. It failed while I was on vacation, erasing all my files as well as all programming and the operating system. I contacted Walmart and they tried to connect me to SGIN, who did not respond until the second request. They refused my request of a refund, but insisted on sending me a second laptop, only after I returned the failed one.

The second laptop also failed and the company refuses to take any responsibility. Walmart insists that they are likewise not responsible because I bought it from a third party, even though it was through their online store.

If I could rate this company lower that one star, I would! Avoid them at all costs. I recently saw that they were offering a $1,000 computer on Amazon for $400. They couldn't get me to take it if they paid ME the $400. AVOID SGIN!

Bought a sgin laptop, which failed after about 6 months, contacted sgin and they asked for more detail which I sent. Since when I have had no reply from them whatsoever despite frequent emails to them. Avoid!
