I experienced bad rude customer services and there own site shutdown .
Use a different broker.

Change of Address

Just had to telephone the Customer Care Team as I have recently moved. I spoke with a very helpful gentleman called Jake who was able to email the form and information to me there and then. Very pleased with Jake, very helpful, friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done. 5 Stars, Excellent

Great customer service

Just completed a a call with a very helpful adviser. I hadn't traded any shares for several years and needed a polite reminder of how to use the system. The adviser quickly dealt with my enquiry.

A joy to deal with

A joy to deal with. Had a transfer to do from the USA to the UK and this was the only company that showed possible ways, despite them not being one of the company's that were not able to.

The transfer team (Mark and another) well done!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, very frustrating. Called twice for an online Pin number still have not been sent. I do not have time to keep phoning. Will be selling all my investments and using AJ Bell which has much better service,when corporations get too big they do not care.

An administration fee is charged for an account which holds investments, a cash balance or both.

The admin fee we charge allows us to provide a range of services for our customers and offer accounts with a variety of features which we would not be able to offer with a free-of-charge account.

I've have been with Share Centre now…

I've have been with Share Centre now for over 4 years, since I transferred a stocks and shares ISA over. The website is nice and simple to use, has some great tools, to do a little research on Companies. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. Needed to transfer funds from a share account to my Stock and Share ISA. I was given a time and date when someone would do this for me and it was done. Excellent service.

put your money in if you do t want to see it again

Have contacted them multiple times to ask to close my account and to stop charging me money for nothing (no shares, blank account with credit) they refused and told me they will not refund me the money and only close my account once all the money I have deposited has ran out. Also refused to stop charges to keep deduction from my account.

So far, so good

I have recently transferred some of my investments to The Share Centre and my ISA is in the process of being transferred.
I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of their staff, who are always very helpful and knowledgeable.
Of course there is also the fact that they charge significantly less than the company I was using!

From the moment Jack took my call

From the moment Jack took my call, I was spoken to in a clear, calm, friendly and non-condescending manner. He was very knowledgeable and was able to guide me as to what to do next with regards to my investments transferred from J P Morgan. He also walked me through the process of registering, opening and creating an account with The Share Centre. Now I am able to log on to The Share Centre with my own password created with Jack's help. As I said to him (Jack), if it wasn't for his help, I would still be floundering many weeks later. So, thanks Jack and all those staff at The Share Centre who face customers on the telephone. Sales of share certificate

I had a share certificate and needed to sell them having no experience of doing this before. Really easy and when I rang with a query they were really friendly and helpful. Excellent service Thankyou.
