Baring in mind I was the buyer of a property sold by Sheens and I was selling my property through another agent so I was not a client of Sheens therefore Sheens were making no money from me in anyway! Leigh-Ann at Sheens is very helpful, kept me updated regularly and dealt with questions and queries immediately. I received a curtesy call from Lee just to thank me for my cooperation, not something you get very often from an estate agent! I was kept in the loop by Sheens regularly and never left in the dark! Customer service was fantastic! So much so that I have asked them to be the selling agent for my mums bungalow! Great agent! Thank you
