Good online interactive help on products. Delivery as planned

From ordering to delivery, no problem. Chat room facility aided decision. Home set up service used, worth the extra cost.
Only negative was the bed was advertised as adjustable as low as 16 inches, perfect for our needs. However, this did not count for the mattress depth. Luckily not a problem for us but may be worth a thought.

The website was easy to understand, and the transaction was smooth without any hiccups. The mattress arrived nearly a week early and is perfect.

Item arrived damaged. Shelden arranged for it to be picked up and replaced with a new item within 2 days - excellent customer service.

Wheel chair was lovely but i had to phone and remind Sheldon that the courier had not received it .Only then did it appear with the courier .The courier then lost the chair and it was found in london . It arrived with the box looking in a sorry state but fortuantly the chair was undamaged.

You did not deliver the hoist as your agreed. You delivered very late

the service provided by Shelden Healthcare was excellent. I got the answers to my questions via live chat. I place the order for a bed and mattress online. Had a call within the day to arrange delivery and fitting of the bed. Engineer Steve Robinson arrived soon after a call to say he was on his way. Arrived soon afterwards and proceeded to assemble and commission the bed. We would recommend the fitting service provided by Shelden Healthcare. Steve walked through all the controls for all the adjustments that are features of the bed. Pleasant approachable and very helpful are the attributes which Steve has. If Steve is the face of Shelden Healthcare its defiantly a helpful vibrant company. Thank you Steve,

Mum suffered a heart attack and after returning home from her hospital stay she was bed bound and in need of a hospital type bed.
The Sheldon website was easy to use and to select the options we needed and ordering was simple. Mums new bed arrived just a few days later, delivered by a very helpful fellow, and the bed was easy to assemble and put to use.
