Rest assured we will be investigating this further and the sales team have advised me that they sent the replacement goods out on next-day delivery and they were successfully delivered.

Would have been perfect had it not been…
Would have been perfect had it not been for the roof that had been supplied did not fit the item we actually purchased. We had a team of people on site ready to fit this, but they had to come back and finish the job once the correct roof had been sent on a subsequent date.
We were however compensated eventually as Shelters4Less sent us some complementary internal seating for the shelter.
Overall a good quality product.
