This is the second time I have tried to order something from your company. I tried a few years ago and your shipping company that is used is awful. I tried again because I wanted a specific bra to try after major surgery. I got no notification, but was wondering where my package was and found a quote unable to deliver “message on the application but never emailed to me.

You look like a company that’s trying to cut corners and make things “cheaper “for customers. Unfortunately, all you’ve done is making impossible to access the products that your website is devoted to. I’m so angry that I can’t access the shipping company because they hang up on both the phone and online. There’s no phone for me to call you. So I decided I would put it in a review because a one star might get your damn attention. Where is my damn order?

Orders taking forever to get here -- haven't received latest order YET! Maybe it's not your fault??? Possibly the carrier? Maybe you have a way to check it's status?

The product Shinesty produces, is the softest, most comfortable underwear I’ve ever worn with beautiful patterns & colors! Some nice &some naughty!
There’s also solid colors that I would like to see more of!

Product never delivered! Fast on the charge to the card but two weeks later and no product delivery!

Order arrived 2 days early. I've ordered several items and the quality, comfort and fit are all top notch.

This was hands down the best customer service I have ever had. I initially reached out because different prints had significantly different fits, with no clear indication of the variation on thwir website.

The team not only took my feedback seriously, but worked with me through multiple comparisons to get to the bottom of the issue. They ultimately went so far above and beyond they actually sent me 2 additional pairs of the ones I liked, completely free.

What impressed me most was that they didn't just resolve my issue, they genuinely acknowledged how clearer product information could help future customers.

It is so refreshing to see a company that values customer feedback, and treats us with respect while going the extra mile to make things right.

The product is great. It fits great. My girlfriend loves them too. Usually they take a while to ship but they seemed quicker this time.

I ordered with Shinesty and received the apparel. However, the size was not right for me. When I was asked if I was happy with the purchase, I explained the situation. The company immediately shipped me the right size. Kudos for great customer service. Mike
