I was over-charged for my order! I had a coupon for $5.00 but it was not applied to my order, even though I clicked the button to apply it, so my purchase ended up costing more than I had planned. Not happy with that!

I HAVE USED YOUR NIACINAMIDE FOR YEARS AND I ORDERED IT ON AMAZON FOR THE RECENT PURCHASE. WHEN I GOT IT, I OPENED IT AND IT WAS YELLOW INSTEAD OF WHITE. I CALLED AND ASKED IF IT WAS CHANGED AS I AM ALLERGIC TO YELLOW DYES AND THE LADY SAID NO THAT IT SHOULD BE WHITE. SHE SAID THAT I COULD GIVE HER THE AMAZON ORDER NUMBER AND SHE WOULD CREDIT MY PURCHASE. I GAVE HER THE ONLY NUMBER AMAZON GAVE ME AND SHE SAID THAT WAS NOT GOOD. I CALLED A SECOND TIME AND WAS BASICALLY TOLD THAT IT SHOULD BE WHITE AND NOT TO USE IT. I HAVE HIS BOTTLE OF WHATEVER IT IS AND AM CONCERNED THAT YOU DO NOT WANT IT BACK TO SEE WHAT WENT WRONG WITH IT NOT BEING THE CORRECT PRODUCT. DO YOU HAVE ANY QUALITY CONTROL AT ALL ????????? I purchased the L-Carnitine 1000 mg, and after taking it for two weeks, discovered these pills Do Not dissolve. I won't say how I discovered it. But, afterwards, I took a pill, put it in a glass of water and left it all day. Still did not dissolve.

I never received my order of Best Naturals Berberine Plus allegedly left in my building's mail area Wed., Sept. 25, 2024. I cannot find instructions on how to get a refund. HELP!!!

I have been taking beberine to help reduce my blood glucose levels for nearly two years.
I recently switched to Best Naturals Berberine Plus because of the attractive price but have been horribly disappointed with its lack of effectiveness. Within a few days of switching to Best Naturals my glucose reading have increased nearly 40 points and have remained elevated.
I suspect that the capsules contain very little to no berberine. Pure junk, in my book.

Supplements arrived late and most were crumbled into fine powder. Calls to company to complain went un-answered. Will never buy from them again.

Good products at very competitive prices. Customer service is a bit difficult to get hold of, I guess this is how they can have such low prices. However, once I got connected they wasted no time helping me with my payment issue.

I use their Potassium Gluconate. The pills are extremely fragile and after using about half a bottle of 250 I am left with about fifty or so whole pills and a 1/4 of pill dust. Wish they could bind them better or encapsulate.

i ordered two bottles of a supplement. in one bottle half the capsules were stuck together or broken. powder all over the interior. In the second bottle, all the capsules were stuck together. i finally reached customer service, and they were a zero. no refund ( i sent them the purchase receipt with the date), no replacement, no credit, no gift certificate, "we'll get back to you" and 6 mos later they have not. it is impossible to contact them. I agree they are a scam, and Amazon should not carry products from this company.
