This company is a scam. I paid for an item, never got tracking info. I inquired and they said sorry, it has shipped and youll have tracking in 24-48 hours. 3 days later nothing. I inquired again they said it hasnt even processed yet due to a glitch (so first email was a lie), and I would get tracking info in 24-48 hours. 3 days later again, nothing. I inquired again and asked them to cancel my order, they responded AGAIN saying sorry, problem with order processing and I would have my tracking info in 24-48 hours. Really seems like a bot is involved in these emails. Eventually i had to request my money back from paypal. What a scam!

I saw this company's product from linkedin and I placed an order (Order No. #10461) on May 21, 2022. Today is June 12, 2022 and I didn't receive either product or tracking information of my order. I don't recommend anyone buy products from this company.

I’m with the reviews complaining about delivery time and off putting customer service. Leaves me with little confidence to make anymore purchases from them.

When openeing the bag I noticed the box was damaged. Due to the transport this might happen, but when opening the box I got surprises. The article was ok, but there was just a little piece of paper written in cinese, no company adress, no return adress, no warranty paper and no letter how to use the article.

This is not legal and due to a missing contact adress I can't recommended this company .

I ordered a product on there site and i am unable to track or get in contact with anyone at Shopenzer to communicate my frustration but have been unsuccessful.

i bought the waxed and oiled sponge brush to use on the plastic on my car. Its rubbish and no effect at all, I have done everything but there is no oil / wax in it. Reminds me of a polisher for your shoes when it is dried up and old. It is a total waste of money!

I bought multifunctional steering wheel holder stand for my family. It was on sale and I ordered 2 and then 10 more back in January 2nd, 2022.

Today I was told it was cancelled because they had no products. The products are still on their website but it is not $8.00 more than what I had originally purchased for.

Shopenzer says that they are out of stock. How come the products are still online for sale.

They don't take customers seriously, I bought my products in August up to now I'm still waiting .When you contact them they will tell you about replacing the products and nothing comes .I don't recommend anyone to buy from them .
