Best experience ever!!

I ordered a small and large mystery bundle from Huda Beauty on the 12th May. It's my first time ordering or really buying any of their products, my only knowledge of the brand was the New Nude eyeshadow palette my cousin had gifted me. I actually ended up really loving the colours, so when I saw this deal come up I jumped at the chance. I was very anxious not only about which products/shades I would receive but the shipping and condition they would arrive in after seeing the number of negative reviews on this website. Additionally I not only had already spent $124USD on the bundles but shipping tends to take a long time anyways (around 2 weeks) as I live in New Zealand. I was very surprised to receive my order exactly on time on the 26th May as I had been told delays due to COVID-19 were likely. Not only did my customer service queries regarding shipping get answered promptly (within a couple of hours at most) but they were very helpful and patient. It did take one week from receiving my confirmation email for my products to ship and receive the tracking number. But after I got the tracking number it was all smooth sailing. It was updated everyday by DHL Express so I could always see where my packages were at any point. The products all arrived beautifully wrapped, in perfect condition and not a single eyeshadow was scratched or broken. I had no extra tax to pay (I did check what the requirements for my country are beforehand though) so ended up getting a very good deal as it I bought approximately $585 NZD worth of products for only $214 NZD. No extra shipping or customs taxes and all of my items came in perfect condition. Would absolutely buy again from Huda Beauty, it was real value for money.

Love the product range as a Muslim ethnic in the U.K. who has struggled to find suitable make up brands for my skin. Thank you

Recently purchased the Wishful skin exfoliant.. what a great product! Smells amazing.. the texture is smooth yet grainy, which is perfect for non-harsh exfoliating. The pineapple enzymes rub off all the dead skin that naturally builds up, and my skin was so smooth after first use..having been using for a few weeks now and I look forward to using it once a week, will definitely continue to use this product! Also now available in a smaller size so you can try it out before buying the larger one.

Everything was perfect! From ordering to delivery. I got my order very quick also with no damage, eventhough it came all the way from Dubai to Sweden!:D I absolutely recommend this website!

I personally haven’t ever ordered from the website due to customs etc even when they have offers on. I usually buy them from selfridges or other online stores in the UK, just saves the stress and long waiting times. I personally love the foundation, the only one in a long time that actually matches my skin tone. Very matte which I love but I must say it does transfer on to clothes. I want to get my hands on some bullet lipsticks soon!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT BUY from huda beauty you will never receive your shipment! It has been since black Friday and it is christmas now. If we cant get our goods then why would you take our money!! They haven't been replying to most of my emails. provided wrong invoice so my shipment has been on hold on customs for the past 4 weeks. Worst customer service team ever. So unhappy with my experience.

Amazing quality products, always my go to for high end makeup. Those complaining about the Blacl Friday sale have to understand the amount of orders were recieved and a percentage of orders would not have gone through correctly.

Hi place my order November 27 waited for 2 weeks for them to send a confirmation of my order I had to send them an e-mail asking information about my order and there respond was we don't have that information yet and we stated on our website that due to our black Friday sale our orders processing was longer, I waited and they never send a confirmation of my order after 15 days my order arrived just to find out the were missing items a reach them back just to say that I had to be 8-10 day more for the rest of my order I received my order 7 days letter just to find out my order is STILL INCOMPLETE i send them e-mail and no respond yet my firts time ordering from this website and the last I order this item for Christmas gifts and I'm going to end up spending more money because I haven't received all my items DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

For those buyers who have been charged and not received their items, contact bank and do a chargeback. Your bank will refund you as you have not received what you paid for. This Huda is robbing people! She is a thief. Why take people’s money if you can’t give them what they paid for? So please everyone contact your banks and do a chargeback! She thinks people won’t do this and she gets rich scamming people

Really good quality products. Considering they are shipped from Dubai to the U.K, all of my makeup arrived in immaculate condition.

It’s just a shame you have to pay such an expensive amount of import tax.

So I ordered for the first time the day before Thanksgiving which was the first day of their black Friday sale. It was the first thing I ordered, I ordered the rest either that Friday or Cyber Monday. It is now Dec 13th and I still have not received my order but I recieved all the other orders that I placed after my Huda order. The first time I emailed customer service about a shipping confirmation maybe 3 or 4 days after I ordered because I noticed I got shipping confirmations from everyone except Huda. I got an automated reply and the next day I got a shipping confirmation and then a separate email from customer service saying your item has been shipped look for the shipping confirmation email. Click on the link and it says that it hasn't been shipped. I opened it daily and there has been no change. Emailed again on the 9th asking about a new shipping confirmation since the old one didn't work that's been 4 days and no response still. Its been over 2 weeks and no shipping confirmation, no product, no apology, no refund nothing. It's so annoying and honestly makes me angry because I got my shipping confirmations for every other company in less time and got all my packages ordered after before i got this package. And it's not like it was a huge order either it was 4 things foundation and 3 palettes. My Ulta order was way bigger and I got it delivered in 5 days. I'm done with this company they're not getting a penny more from me and they don't have a customer service phone number to contact them. I would honestly be surprised if I ever got the products I ordered and honestly I may see them in small claims court.

She is a scam and fake... Don’t ever purchase from her even though if you like their products...
Trust me you can buy the same thing from another and trustworthy brand like tarte who will respond to your complain ASAP
She stole hard earned money from so many people
She don’t deserve this fame

Black Friday Scam. It’s so disheartening that Huda Beauty can treat customers so rudely and frivolous ignore the endless complaints regarding the Black Friday Scam. It’s all over social media specifically IG. Endless complaints from customers with missing items, items not being sent, and no word on Huda Beauty about refunds. Yet they keep posting on IG as if nothing is happening. Hellllllooo Huda Beauty... your the leader of this company... Is this how you want to showcase and represent your brand? By ignoring all complaints when so many customers are fuming upset and waiting for answers regarding their orders. Jeez, no decency at all. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. People are going to Harvey Nichols beauty counters complaining, posting complaints on IG, FaceB to get any type of respond yet you keep ignoring. Really? So unprofessional and just tacky. For future buyers, be very aware that there is a laundry list of upset customers complaining about Black Friday orders. They are so quick to take cash. Such a big company yet bad business practice and no integrity. It’s sad because I seriously want to support Huda but there wrong doings is such a turn-off. I do not want to support a business that treats there customers so poorly. Never again will I order from their website and I hope that people no longer advocate her products because it’s horrible how her team and her are just completely ignoring customers. Smh.

1.I ordered from this company on black friday, total 7 packages and I received 5 packages, other 2 were missing! Beacuse they ignored my email of requiring change delivery address.
2.I keep writing emails ,Commet on Instagram, Messaging on Fackbook, Same result-----No Customer service would get back to you, and it seems they want to express： I dont give you a fxxx!
3.They have times to post videos or stories on social platform but no time to make service better,So I think customers serivce on Huda beauty is useless.
4.Now the other 2 packages were out of delivery at the wrong address.I contacted the UPS costumers service,they said only sender can required change address to redlivery.If packages were lost, also only sender can claim for .So please aware of this horrible company.
5.Huda took 8 times from my credit card,but I only have 7 orders,
So they keep the extra money for them and did not issue a refund to my credit card.
6.I wish I could receive a message from huda beauty and solve my problem as soon as possiable!

Ordered on 11-29. Have been waiting for an update. No shipping or tracking jnformation. No customer service. No response until a few days ago that only said thanks for your patience, we will update when we know basically. Poor customer service. Will never order their products.

Me hice una cuenta en myUS y asi puedo comprar, es genial todo lo que tienen sigo esperando mi envio del black friday pero no me impaciento porque es OBVIO que tardarán de más con las ofertas q hicieron y los envios que han de hacer.

I paid £10 shipping and they telling me to pay extra £30 items already the items cost 50£ already it means there is no discount they already taking full price from tax disappointed

I have emailed the team and respond back saying they can’t give a timeframe. Very unprofessional.

Please improve your services more. It’s not acceptable to not provide a customer with a timeframe and make them pay loads for your products!

I ordered items for xmas and it stated over £55 qualified for free delivery. DhL delivery requested £25 import tax so I told him to return the items and I emailed huda beauty for a refund. Absolute con

I don’t want to give even 1 star. I ordered something during blackfriday, and I have to pay 22£ custom tax. I remember I clicked shop local (UK). It’s my mistake I didn’t check here before as someone already mentioned. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE if you are not live in USA or UAE.
