This has been my worst online shopping…

This has been my worst online shopping experience. I placed an order two months ago, and I still have not received my package.
I have contacted customer service several times, but they only keep giving me new dates and delaying the delivery. There has been no clear solution.
When I requested a refund, I was told that my order was already on the way, but it still has not arrived. This has been very frustrating.
Overall, this experience has been a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this store, and I will not buy from them again.

Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page with estimated shipping timelines prior to purchase. Because these pieces are still in production, shipping times can be longer than standard orders.

Inaccurate sizing/ Item does not look like quality of the picture.

Inaccurate sizing, runs unusually small. They only issue returns in the form of a gift card, why would you still wish to buy poorly sized clothes by them. Does not allow returns to original form of payment or any other way. Ultimately a total loss of money. Why buy from them at all ? They also deduct a flat rate $9 shipping fee after they present you with a free return shipping lable. Very unprofessional and no customer service at all. Do NOT buy from them . Also placing a review on all of social meida platforms.

They sent me something completely…

They sent me something completely different than the photo then they don’t refund. It’s a scam. I did send them photos. Their app prompts you to check a box that you will take a merchandise credit only. They have no option to return it for a refund and they don’t allow refunds. It’s a scam.

Returns made easy

Returns made easy. I had some slacks I ordered and they snagged, Priceless gave me credit right away. I then lost my credit email and requested a new one. Without question they sent a new email! Their customer service rocks!

Horrible company

Horrible company . poor customer service, lack of responses, and lack of accomodation for even exchanges. I was stuck with a size that didn’t fit me. Do NOT shop here!

Buy elsewhere

Shein quality clothes that are overpriced. I ordered three items, all were weird size and small even though they were in my regular size. The quality is horrendous. You won't get your money back when returning you'll get a gift card to purchase from their website...AND you'll be charged for return shipping. An absolute SCAM.

Don’t make my mistake

I’m writing this to save other holiday shoppers from a mistake I made.

I ordered items well ahead of Christmas as pre-orders. Delivery was delayed into late November. The items were given as a Christmas gift at the end of December. When they didn’t fit, the company refused any return or store credit.

Their policy requires items shipped in November to be returned by the first business day of January. That means a Christmas gift given on December 25 would have to be returned within days — before most people even exchange gifts.

This policy may be posted somewhere, but it is completely incompatible with real-world holiday gifting, especially when fulfillment is delayed.

If you’re buying gifts (or frankly anything from Priceless), understand that you may be stuck with items that can’t be returned, even if unworn and given in good faith. I won’t make that mistake again.

Beware of Return Policy

I ordered 4 items on Nov 7 2025. I received 2 of them on Nov 16 2025. The jacket was missing the belt and the shirt is too small even though I followed the sizing guide. Apparently , even though one of the items is incorrect the only thing I can do is gent a store credit.

This order included multiple items, some of which were pre-orders and shipped separately at a later date. Regarding the jacket, we became aware that a small number of Bethan Blazers were sent without the sash. As a courtesy, we issued a full refund for the blazer and did not require the item to be returned.

For the shirt, we offered a return for a refund to the original form of payment, as requested.

We always aim to resolve issues fairly and appreciate feedback as it helps us continue improving both our product quality and customer experience.

I ordered two items one was delivered. One was never delivered. There is no customer service to call. I have sent several emails Instagram messages and now I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. It’s unfortunate because I could’ve been a good customer. Who would’ve come back to order more.

As first order I order only one shorts…

As first order I order only one shorts cause I would assume it would run small. I ordered and it’s fit perfectly! Fabric nice and stretchy , not sure how it’s going to look like after wash but I will updated if bad

At the time of purchase, only the Becky Blue Stripe Blazer was ordered. The matching skirt was sold separately and was not included in the order, as reflected in the order confirmation and packing slip.

The blazer shipped as scheduled and was delivered accordingly. There was no additional item canceled or left unfulfilled, as no skirt was purchased as part of this order.

I did not receive skirt with this order.
In fact the quality of material was terrible.
I wear a size small to medium and even large did not fit.

I'm extremely bummed because when I clicked on purchase it just kicked out of site no verification of order.
I ordered a set and ordered a size up to make sure.
I feel I was charged twice as I attempted twice to make order

Please send an XL VEST AND SKIRT and I will not return the wrong size vest.
I rarely buy off Instagram because quality is typically not what was advertised and sizing is Chinese and doesn't fit normal sizing.

The XS did not fit (it was too big) and…

The XS did not fit (it was too big) and when I tried to return it they charge you $9 for a shipping label, which they remove from your return. Never in my life have i seen a company charge you to return the product. Will not buy from them again and do not recommend if you have a hard time finding clothes online that fit you nicely.
Also the belt was poorly made and is difficult to fit the tongue of the belt through the loop.

I gave an extra star because the material seemed soft.
