Mobile Signal Boosters Australia Avis 

Pretty much the same as all the others - ordered a booster kit in Dec 2023 for over AUD$1000, received a "technical difficulty" delay notice a few weeks later, then 6 weeks later in Feb received a notice that due to an "unexpected financial hold imposed by our payment partner" the order or a refund could not be processed until April 12. I must be gullible, coz I confirmed April was fine and duly waited until the designated date. I did manage to speak with someone, but they never email as they say they will so another week later I have started proceedings with CommBank to recover the funds. Sigh!

This company is setup to deceive customers into purchasing equipment that is not fit for purpose, do not buy from them, its a scam. I purchased a mobile signal booster after following the on line enquiry process and supplying the company with all of the information that they requested in order to purchase the right product, only to find that the equipment sent out does not work following Professional installation. After contacting their so called technical support team I was advised after a lengthy process, that I need a more powerful booster, in addition to this I could not get a refund. Scam. Scam. Scam.

I placed my order back in December 2023. I have still not received my booster. Numerous emails to info simply bounced back A phone call later I was told they would refund my money. I now have no booster and no money. The address they give in Sydney is a Car Park. These people are not to be trusted under any circumstances.

It’s a shame there isn’t a 0 stars or less selection.
Payed $625 for a 4G repeater, waited around 12 days with no email to say it’s been sent, so I contacted them via their online form. No response.
After maybe a week I rang them.
They said they’d email that afternoon to see where my pack is. No response.
I rang again two days later and was told they’d email me that afternoon.
A response!
Unfortunately, they said their system had cancelled my order, but as a gesture of goodwill, they can send me a 10% off link to buy it again (!).
I mentioned that the already have my money, and finally searched for reviews.
Yes, their ‘physical address’ is a parking lot in Sydney.
I asked for a refund….twice in two days. I then contacted the credit card people who kindly put the money back onto my card.
Then I finally get a response from these people saying they can’t refund me until April.
These people are either low down scummy scammers, or the worst run business in the known universe.
One thing for sure, they are poison.
Keep away from them!

Do not use this supplier. They do not give you your money back when their product doesn't work. They are a complete fraud. Their address is a vacant block.

I ordered a telstra booster from australia mobile signal boosters.
Unfortunately the unit did not work as claimed with only 1 bar of intermittent signal.

I am still waiting for them to honour the 30 day returns policy.

This is not an australian company
it is based in China - which is misleading on their website claiming an australian address - 158 Botany Road, Alexandria, Sydney

When I managed to query this today I finally got hold of Kaitlin via the site (despite her not responding to emails). Still no eft

Telstra booster did not boost signal. 1 bar with inconsistent signal.
Despite having a 30 day warranty -
30 day guarantee is not being honoured.

I wish i had seen this before

Company in liqidation

I purchased a signal booster in MARCH 2022,it had a 2 yr warranty, worked fine until early JULY 2023, after repeated tries to contact the company regarding the warranty , finally got a short email response saying the company is being liqidated and nothing can be done.
Apparently the current company has the same website and contact details as the company I purchased my signal booster from. SO BE AWARE BE CAREFULL signalboostersaustralia 2+2 is not making 4

Do not be sucked in like I was total scammers they took my money and received nothing for it sent multiple emails but could not make contact the payment I made went to London GB

Only giving this company SCAM 2 stars because i finally got my money back. Defiantly a SCAM company. Luckily for some reason I could pay with PayPal, I think they were trying to stretch out the time as it would be more difficult to get money back after a certain time. Within a couple of days I smelt a rat, as they couldnt give me a tracking number and they kept stalling me saying they will check with dispatch and email me updates that I never got. Then I found this review site and the peny dropped. Contacted PayPal straight away. Their emails said that they took over the business recently but kept the name and web site!!! really! a new business kept the old SCAM web site. Then they would of had to purchase the items that they claim to sell. Dont think so. And recent people being SCAMMED just shows how this company is still trying to SCAM people. STAY AWAY!!

Stay away. They sell substandard products and will not warrant them. Read all of the reviews here, I wish I had before I purchased.

Terrible company, most likely a scam. We paid AUD$500 4 months ago for a booster that we never recieved. We have asked several times for the product or the refund and had no response, the phone number (NSW) number rarely answers and when it does we are told that we will be contacted back...never happens of course. Avoid Mobile Signal Boosters Australia. Dont get ripped off.

Like everyone else I didn't review the company before making the purchase, their web site is very well done and makes them look Australian and legit. They are not, I was taken for $590, no receipt, no product, no shipping details but the money was taken from my account immediately. Avoid them like the plague. They don't offer paypal payments, that should have warned me.

As per all the other reviews, purchased without reading the reviews. After 3 months of telling me there are delays in shipping, I requested a refund. After 1 month of not receiving a refund do I then check the reviews, and realise I am not getting my money back.
The phone number on their website does still work (02 8766 0692), and on 28th Nov 2022 I did get a call back and speak with someone, telling me the refund is on its way. Obviously that's another lie.

I bought a Booster from this company 4 months ago, they replied in the first weeks deceiving me that they would deliver and it was on the way, the product never arrived, then they stopped replying suddenly, I found out that they replied until the moment I could no longer open a dispute with my credit card.
They just disappeared, no longer answer email or online chat, the phone is also from another country.
Do not buy in any way with them.

I feel like an absolute looser. Purchased a signal booster from these guys for $500 AUD without reading the reviews first. Product has not arrived after 4 months, credit card company won't dispute any transaction over 60 days old. DO NOT TOUCH THESE GUYS!!!

Scammers - scammers - scammers - fake site - fake product approval certifications - when you research these products are illegal. NO product turned up. All the promises in the world - If you want more proof google the address in Sydney. Empty block of land. Have reported to authorities. Site needs to be shut down. Learner my lesson! DO NOT BUY from this site and keep an eye out for site that are similar. They may be connected. They say they are in Aus, look like they ar in Aus, address and phone number etc but they are overseas rip off sites - you will get done!
