DO NOT BUY!!

Ordered an item on the 11th of December, it never arrived, couldn't get a response from anyone, finally they got in touch on the 21st of December and said they would send it by 24parcel force, it's the 9th of January and I still have had no item and no refund so I'm down 40 odd quid. Do not buy from this company, they don't know how too run a business.

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company, ordered goods and no delivery came. When I emailed I received a response full of personal information about the directors. This company should not be trading. Like many I didn’t read reviews.

Got half my order 15 days after I ordered. awful company! Do Not Trust!

ordered duvet set and a fitted sheet. Looks like I was fairly lucky as I received my duvet set but NO fitted sheet that was paid for! Sent 2 emails, And a message through messenger and WhatsApp. No response! Duvet set not the best quality! Will be contacting my credit card company as it was paid for with my credit card. Awful .. made the mistake of not checking the reviews before I ordered!

Returned bedding on 12th November…

Returned bedding on 12th November tracked as received by company 15th November. Still no refund. Would not recommend. Duvet set was not great quality. Disappointed.

Atrocious service

Well, basically ordered bedding 9 days ago sent messages no response. They taken the money, and they say delivery in 3 to 5 days, complete nonsense furthermore they say customer promise basically give good service well that’s in my opinion not true neither. As other people have said don’t buy from them the service is poor, appalling, atrocious, abysmal, and no numbers to call…. Seriously!!!

Absolutely terrible!!!

Oh dear I wish i had read trust pilot reviews before I used this company. I placed an order and paid for next day delivery on 29 November - 12 days later and it still hasn’t arrived. Nobody answers emails and can’t find phone number. Do not use this website!!!!!

Absolute nightmare would never buy off…

Absolute nightmare would never buy off them again after sending me the wrong size item , Iv emailed so many times they reply month later but just don’t get me anywhere asking same questions order number when they’ve had it all all in many many emails from me . so disappointed what a absolute waste of time, never again I’d never recommend this company very bad customer service

absolute nightmare

This company is an absolute nightmare. I ordered a duvet cover, after 2 weeks I hadn't received and had no communication from them either. I managed to find their WhatsApp and messaged them. They told me the package was due to be dispatched yet another week later!! At least 3 week delivery for a duvet cover!!! No thanks!!... Cancelled order because there was no apology, no communication regarding delay of item and their attitude via WhatsApp was the worst customer service I've come across in a very long time. Don't waste your time with this company they are terrible.

Make you pay for shipping

Make you pay for shipping, and return shipping is something is not right. Sorry get in the 21st century with our policies. Not so mention their registers were about $100 more for the same ones from another store. Shop here is you have to.

Ordered sinks in may they were scheduled to arrive in June then changed to back ordered to July 23 then on July 23 they delayed it to July 31 then promised it for sure would be there July 31 then on 8/2 they changed it to for sure august 9th have lost all trust with this company will be ordering sinks from another vendor don’t rely on they if you need anything on time they communicate and make promises just don’t deliver timely

Can’t contact this company at all

Can’t contact this company at all, even though I have used the e mail address given, and the customer service team on the phone, is non exsistant.
I could send the item back, but why should I have to foot the postage when the item is not as described

Not to be trusted.

I have been trying to contact this company but the message box is always full, this obviously makes me suspicious. I will give them three more days then I will have to contact my credit card company for a refund. I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering.
I might get my grandson to go and see just what kind of business is being run from this address.

The feather duvet is nightmare- don't bother buying it…

The feather duvet is the product that should not be on sale. The feather is out not in the blanket. I wake up daily and looking like sleeping with hens! Same my son, as I have purchased 2 duvets. The seller is claiming that has same duvets and maybe only one or two feathers come out and that cannot be true! Other buyers have similar experience. My flat is full of tiny feathers, my nights are nightmare because once the feathers come out of duvet, they find the way in to your pyjamas and are itching you all night! Please do not buy feather duvets. They have used wrong fabric. My mum used to sew feather blankets and for that must be a special fabric that lets through only air, nothing else.
, or double fabric. I have requested refund so I can buy my duvets elsewhere. I am yet to receive a reply.

Bought a pull toilet for over $1,000…

Bought a pull toilet for over $1,000 from Signature Hardware. Nicely installed by our Plummer although he complained of no instructions.
The toilet is very very loud. It is loud because there is no top to the water reservoir. They don’t sell tops. They will not take returns.

Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service; won’t replace faulty shower head

I ordered a relatively expensive shower head in which many of the water ports wouldn’t release any water. I asked about an exchange and the fact that I discovered the water ports weren’t working means that I installed and they won’t take returns so I have a faulty shower head that I can’t get a refund on

If I could give these people no stars, I would. No one likes water damage and understands the nightmare of that, right?

A year ago we ordered a pretty expensive ($1000.) shower set ( 4 thermostatic valves, hand spray and shower head). All worked well until this afternoon when the top valve on the wall started leaking. Turn off the water to the house and call the plumber. He says we have to get the replacement "cartridge" which is really just a plastic washer, from Signature Hardware because it is specific to that valve. I call them. It is under warranty so it's free and I ask if we could get two so that if this happens again we can just replace it without having to turn the water off all day to wait to have one shipped to us. I am told by Kai, no, we'd have to wait until it happens again to order another one but if I want to order an extra, it's $29. So I have to wait until there's water leaking out my wall to have one shipped!
Ok, it's 4:22pm PST Thursday here and they're in Kentucky. Kai tells me they'll overnight it tomorrow (Friday) and we'll get it Monday! Monday! So as I'm trying to tell her that in this era of being able to get things from Amazon the same day and I've gotten Saturday deliveries with Fed Ex, UPS and USPS, it can't get to me until Monday and we don't have water until then. Common sense was completely absent and I even tried to say, "how would you feel if you had no water all weekend."
So from Thursday afternoon until sometime Monday, we're using bottled water for everything!
Someone else reviewed Signature Hardware and said they didn't care. That's putting it mildly!
Lessons I learned from this:
- Buy hardware locally from sources who can provide you with parts right away.
- Never buy anything or spec anything (I'm an interior designer) from Signature Hardware. Ever!

Zero Customer Service

So I ordered a Vanity from Signature Hardware, the design was such that I ordered the rest of the new bathroom fixtures from other companies around the vanity. I was nervous as I had not used them before but I waited the 10 days to get the product as I thought it may be worth it. I took the day off to wait for the delivery as they were not able to schedule a specific time, and to be honest the lady scheduling was not very nice. I waited all day ad then got a call from the delivery guy who was babbling something about not being able to deliver to me because his truck was too big. At this point I should say that I have never not had anything delivered before, every time I have ordered something it has arrived no problem.

So it turns out the driver was saying that he had arrived at my community in a semi trailer and they didn't let him in ... of course they didn't, many communities don;t let those ridiculous size vehicles in as they are too big for many of the roads, I mean come on, who delvers locally with a great big semi rig. But apparently the driver had the belief that the fault was all mine, and he proceeded to explain how I should call my community association and complain and then I should get in my car and meet him at a lay by somewhere and pick up the goods myself ... now this was getting ridiculous. I explained the absurdity of this and then phoned Signature Hardware.

So signature hardware at the outset seemed as surprised as me by the turn of events, so I thought I had a good chance of not wasting the entire day ... I was wrong. They told me in no uncertain terms there was nothing they could do for me, their delivery company had no other way of getting the goods to me at all. I pointed out that every other delivery company in the country seem to have smaller trucks that deliver to everyone in our community but they told me point blank there was no method they could find to deliver this to me .... absolutely zero effort was to be made to fix my issue.

So now I wasted a whole day waiting for nothing, I had a ton of aggravation, and now I am replacing the other stuff I ordered from elsewhere as I have to redesign my bathroom from scratch again. I stress to everyone out there ... do not use this company, go and find a real Online company who has more of a customer service than just saying sorry.

Unreliable delivery timelines and bad customer service

Quality of the product is good, but we have been waiting for three weeks for a piece we purchased, being constantly told that it would be shipped in 3 days. Signature Hardware is not taking responsibility, blaming offshore suppliers. Impossible to talk to a manager. We spent ~2000 USD with this supplier, but instead of offering rush shipment for the piece, which is still missing, they asked for us, the customer, to pay for rush shipment and processed a 9 USD refund as an apology for the delay. Seems a joke.
