My family have been enjoying the silent pool for generations. Upon my latest visit I was appalled by the state of the pool I certainly wouldn’t what to drink from that as it now is and the fact you can no longer walk right around it due to this distillery and their legal threats. If you love beautiful places in Surrey that so many of us used to enjoy do not support this company I’m totally disgusted by the whats been do to this once beautiful place that now looks nothing like it used to or does in the photos in my opinion avoid.

Went on the distillery tour. Hanna was an amazing guide. Learned a lot and tasted a lot! Great experience and super interesting.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Silent Pool Distillery for a work team event and tour on 6th June 2025, and it was an absolutely fabulous experience!

Our guide, Lizzie, was simply brilliant! She was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and had a wonderful sense of humour that kept us all engaged and entertained throughout the tour.

We were captivated by the sight of the Silent Pool itself, with its incredibly clear water, and Lizzie shared its fascinating history along with the inspiring story of how the distillery came to be. The entire tour was genuinely interesting, especially with the various samples to try along the way – a fantastic touch!

To top it all off, we received a £5 voucher to use in the shop at the end, which was a lovely bonus. Highly, highly recommend Silent Pool Distillery for a fun, informative, and truly memorable experience! Thank you, Lizzie and Silent Pool team!

What an amazing company with wonderful customer service! I placed a Christmas order and unfortunately, one present (a glass set) was broken in transit. I emailed and received amazing service and support from Jen. A replacement gift was quickly dispatched along with an apology gift. I am very impressed with the speed of being dealt with. I would highly recommend this company. They are first class, I’m just sad I’m not a gin drinker. Thank you so much.

We had a splendid day with them. Warm welcome with the first of 6 gin and tonic tasters thrust into our hands. Charming, knowledgeable guides who covered every detail. It was most interesting, and the gins were lovely! Shame someone has to drive. Afterwards had extremely delicious pasta on the terrace (not included of course). You can tell we really enjoyed ourselves and it was very good value for money as well.

Attended a distillery tour this week which was fun, engaging and informative. The way our booking has been managed was excellent and the team went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a few items from the home bar section & I'm really pleased with all of them. The items were ordered on a Thursday & arrived on Saturday although delivery wasn't expected until the following Monday!

Bought 2 small items (gin jigger & mini bottle of citrus gin) for husband's birthday as he loves this gin distillery. Ordered online on Thurs 23rd June, received Tue 28th June. I expected the delivery to be quicker as approx time was 2 working days. What I couldn't understand was why it showed they shipped on the 24th, then got email saying it would be out for delivery on the 27th!
Another minor grumble is the amount of packaging used for 2 small items, could have actually fitted 4 full size gin bottles & so box was full of 'environmentally friendly nuggets'. Is that why I've been charged £4.96 for delivery?!
