SILVER PAW Avis 

I purchased a silver paw hammer for my dog at pet value.In woodstock, and he had got it home within ten minutes.He had broken his front tooth completely off and was bleeding.And now I have a five hundred dollar vet bill.I hope every single one of these toys is taken off.The market, it specifically said when I purchased it.That it was good for cleaning dogs, teeth, and all it did for me.And my dog was cause nothing but trouble

Terrible customer service and products! The company does not stand by them either. Their broken dog toy caused us $13,000 in vet bills. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Do not waste your money and time shopping here, they have a $10 restocking fee per item and you have to pay your own return label. I was trying to get an extra size on the clothes I purchase for my dog which by the way I so thin you can see through it. Worst experience ever!

I ordered 2 beautiful jackets for my Little Chihuahua from Silver Paw around Christmas Time. Needless to stay the quality of it is 100% outstanding. One of the 2 Jackets fit a little too big, so I connected with this amazing company to ask for an exchange. Their costumer service was great and all I had to do was pay for the shipping to receive a smaller size and they asked to please donate the wrong size Jacket to a Dog in need at a Non Profit Organization. The Jacket will go to Jaime who owns a non profit organization for abused and neglected small dogs: PawliciousPoochiePetRescue .

I am giving it 2 stars only because I like the product--cute and well made. But the coat I ordered is too small for my pup and I can't for the life of me get anyone's attention for a return. When I first ordered I got a courtesy email letting me know I can reach out with any questions--the minute I did I got a bounce back with an invalid email address. I then tried another email--still no response. And there's no clear Returns section or instructions on the website. Because of this I won't ever order from them again.

Wonderful products delivered in a timely manner

Web site was hard to navigate and understand, seemed incomplete. The dog jacket I ordered arrived promptly and was good quality however didn't fit my dog. Any information on returning it and or contacting customer support was sadly lacking, very poor. I still can't find any reliable info on how to process a return or exchange

They have a great customer service. The sweaters and the costume I got for my pet are very soft and of high quality. It is a good way of pampering your pets. I recommend it to others and will surely repurchase.
