Zubair Khan came in time to replace a broken external light with a new flood light. I wasn’t there but be followed instructions precisely and fixed the problem. This is the second time I am using Silver Saints. Reliable team, helpful on the phone and responsive to emails.

Excellent service, the office were occasionally slow to respond to queries and book visits, but very happy with the quality of the service especially from Zeedi Sekitoleko who made the repairs.

His work was first class. High attention to detail, polite and very competent.

Jay went above and beyond to resolve our issues. He problem solved to get the jobs done quickly and effectively.

Efficient, professional and friendly

I’ve used Silver Saints on and off for over ten years for jobs of a variety of sizes and as I’ve moved from home to home. I have only ever had really good people from them. So it’s a big deal to say that Adrian Stanciu is the absolute best of the lot. I could not be happier with his work. Have used him several times in the last two years, initially to work round a ridiculous problem created by another company that I had to let go, and I absolutely know I will be calling on him again the minute I’m in a position to do so. Exemplary in all things. Great work from start to finish. 10/10. No notes.

The electrician was knowledgeable, friendly and explained what he was doing

Very disappointing experience with Silver Saints. A plumber was booked and failed to show up, despite my flatmate waiting from 9:30 a.m. with no update or explanation provided. After contacting customer service, we received no response at all.

This followed an earlier visit where the plumber did attend but did not fix the issue, meaning we have now wasted time on multiple occasions with no resolution. The lack of communication and reliability is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend Silver Saints.

I have used Silver Saints several times before and have always been happy with the service received. On this occasion I needed an electrician and Sandor Bedi went above and beyond what was required, to highlight how my electrics could be made better for the future.

I have been using Silver Saints for years. They are incredibly helpful and very reliable and they always do an excellent job.

I have used Silver Saints many times over the years and have never had cause to complain. This time Zikrul Islam came and spent 3 hours putting together a garden cupboard, putting up roller blinds and a smoke alarm, and hanging a picture. I was very pleased with his work. He was a competent and tidy worker.

First time using the Saints and I was very happy with the job done by Stan Spasov. He secured a wardrobe to the wall, refitted the shelves and rehung the doors. He also found a way to make the wardrobe 'sit' more securely on the floor to eliminate any stress on the fixing screws. I was not aware of this issue and was grateful that he explained and rectified the problem. Will use this service again if needed in the future.
